Purpose. To present a medical and technical description and evaluation of the "Tinnitus" mobile application developed by us with acoustic and visual stimulations for the treatment of patients suffering from subjective noise in ears.Materials and methods. The study included the usage of the "Tinnitus" mobile application developed and registered by us. The application consists of two modules – diagnosis and treatment ones. The diagnostic module is based on the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory presentation for dynamic evaluation of treatment’s results; psychoacoustic noise logging for evaluation of tinnitus degree. Based on the results obtained, treatment is carried out in the form of automatic selection of a multimedia complex of visual stimulations adapted to the patient for additional distraction of attention and various options for acoustic stimulation to mask tinnitus. The treatment module consists of acoustic stimulation (audio) and visual stimulation (game/gallery). The article presents the results of the treatment of 100 patients diagnosed with: H93.1 Subjective noise in ears with other co-morbidity.Results. We present the medical and technical description and justification of the Tinnitus mobile application. This method showed its effectiveness in the treatment of subjective tinnitus of any etiology in the form of relief in 26.0±4.4% patients and a decrease in the severity of tinnitus in 57.0±4.9% patients. Moreover, the additional use of visual stimuli enhanced the effectiveness of acoustic stimuli in suppressing tinnitus.Conclusions. The method presented by us is non-invasive, individual, comprehensive, simple, easy to use, and safe. Moreover, the correctness of the diagnostic stage (psychoacoustic noise logging) defines further effectiveness of treatment consisting of several methods (acoustic and visual stimulation) which confirms individuality and comprehensibility of the proposed approach of this method for achieving positive result in the treatment of subjective ears noise.
