Материалы поздних поселений с благоприятными условиями сохранности органических материалов, а также косвенные свидетельства производства и использования рыболовных инструментов и орудий собирательства, горелые макроостатки семян и растений, данные химического состава содержимого посуды и изотопные характеристики человеческих костей, должны помочь реально оценить роль этих видов пищевых ресурсов в диете первобытного человека. The relevance of the work is related to the possibility of artificially adjusting the intensity of skeletal muscle tissue regeneration in animals, which will significantly affect the tactics of rehabilitation treatment of muscle injuries in the future. The purpose of the research was to determine the effectiveness of the transplanted mesenchymal stem cells on the recovery processes in experimentally injured rabbit muscles. The method of histological examination of microscopic changes in the experimentally damaged muscle tissue of the pelvic head of the biceps femoris muscle of rabbits was used. Microscopic studies of the regeneration process of experimentally damaged striated muscle tissue established that in animals after intramuscular injection of allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells, connective tissue developed around the defect on day 2 of the experiment. On day 4, a large number of stem cells were detected in the connective tissue at the site of muscle tissue damage. On day 6, only relatively small foci of muscle tissue regeneration were observed in this area. On day 8, only small focal accumulations of stem cells were detected in this location. On the 10th day after intramuscular injection of mesenchymal stem cells, newly developed muscle fibres appeared at the site of injury. On the 14th day after intramuscular injection of mesenchymal stem cells, fully developed muscle fibres and intermuscular connective tissue were observed at the site of injury. In rabbits, after intramuscular injection of allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells, all regenerative processes were more active than in animals of other experimental groups and were completely completed by day 14 of the experiment. The practical value of the results obtained is to clarify the patterns of development of reparative processes in the damaged muscle area and to determine the effectiveness of using transplanted allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells in stimulating recovery processes, which is important to consider in the treatment of muscle injuries using regenerative therapy

Група захворювань під назвою «інтерстиціальні захворювання легень» у ветеринарній медицині,як і в гуманній медицині, мало досліджені. В основі цих захворювань лежать незворотні дифузнізміни легеневої тканини. Це достатньо велика гетерогенна група розладів неінфекційного, непухлинного походження, які характеризуються різноманітністю проявів у вигляді запалення тафіброзу. Встановлення механізмів відновлення легеневої тканини за фіброзу надзвичайно важливе дляпошуку і використання ефективних засобів усунення цього патологічного процесу та відновленняфункціональної здатності легень. Мета: дослідити клінічні прояви та особливості змінигематологічних показників у тварин за експериментального легеневого фіброзу для обґрунтування їхзначущості у діагностиці та лікуванні клінічних його форм. Експериментальну форму легеневогофіброзу моделювали на щурах-самицях породи Wistar шляхом одноразової інсталяціїтрансторакально розчину гідрохлориду блеоміцину, який, як відомо, специфічно індукує розвитокфібротизуючого процесу в легеневій тканині та розвиток фіброзу легень. Для контролю змін ворганізмі тварин в процесі формування експериментального фіброзу легень проводили регулярнеклінічне обстеження дослідних тварин, а також аналіз показників лабораторного дослідженнякрові. Зразки крові для лабораторних аналізів відбирали у вихідному стані та на 7, 14, 30 і 45 добупісля введення тваринам розчину гідрохлориду блеоміцину у відповідності до схеми досліду. В зразкахкрові визначали основні гематологічні показники, використовуючи автоматичний гематологічнийаналізатор згідно доданої до нього інструкції. За результатами проведених досліджень намивстановлені зміни ряду інших гематологічних показників, а саме: вірогідні зміни якісних показниківеритроцитів – розвиток гетерогенності (різнорідності) популяцій еритроцитів у форміанізоцитозу (змінах величини середнього об’єму еритроцитів) як наслідок посилення інтенсивностірозпаду еритроцитів та порушення процесів дозрівання еритроцитів або внаслідок їх руйнування.Висновки: патогенез фібротизуючих захворювань легень тварин недостатньо досліджений. Цепотребує подальшого поглибленого вивчення основних патогенетичних механізмів перебігупатологічного процесу, на експериментальних моделях цього захворювання для розробки іподальшого застосування нових методів і засобів ефективного лікування.

Pulmonary fibrosis is one of the commonest forms of interstitial lung diseases with poorly studied methods of its treatment in both human and veterinary medicines. Therefore, this paper focused on seeking alternative methods of its diagnostics and treatment. The article provides the results of the study of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of rats with experimental lung fibrosis and influence of transplanted allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells of the bone marrow on stimulation of regenerative processes in damaged lung tissues. The studies were conducted on female Wistar rats with pulmonary fibrosis modeled using single transthoracic injection of solution of bleomycin hydrochloride. For the purpose of treatment, we used allogeneic mesenchymal stem cells introduced by various methods and the traditional treatment. We determined that best normalization of the parameters of the studied brochoalveolar lavage occurred in animals that received mesenchymal stem cells. The most active repair processes were in the experimental group that received the mesenchymal stem cells directly to the lung tissue. The animals that received intravenous injection of mesenchymal stemm cells were observed to have lower clinical parameters of the brochoalveolar lavage, but still better than such in the group treated traditionally. The lowest parameters were in animals that received the traditional treatment; they were greater than the phisological parameters, but significantly exceeded them in animals of the control group, indicating presence of inflammatory process in the lung tissue. The conducted cytological assays of the samples of the brochoalveolar lavage revealed that experimental animals with experimental pulmonary fibrosis had development of macrophage and lymphocytic reactions under the influence of transplanted mesenchymal stemm cells. We observed no atypical cells in all the experimental groups. This allows us to draw a conclusion that using stem cells by various methods of transplantation does not stimulate the onset of negative reactons (formation of atypical cells, metastatic processes, etc). Thus, the results of the study of the influence of transplanted mesenchymal stem cells demonstrate that in the conditions of experimental pulmonary fibrosis, the activity of regenerative processes in pathologically altered lung tissue may be an effective method of treatment of animals with this kind of pathology.

Досліджено вплив гормону росту (rhGH) у різних концентраціях та Biolaminin 521 LN на проліферативну активність та генетичну стабільність стовбурових клітин, отриманих з кісткового мозку, жирової тканини та міокарду кота. Встановлено, що гормон росту у низьких концентраціях (10 нг/мл) позитивно впливає на проліферативну активність стовбурових клітин, отриманих із жирової тканини та міокарду кота. Разом із тим, на культуру стовбурових клітин кісткового мозку ефект низьких концентрацій rhGH був протилежний. Культивування стовбурових клітин за додавання Biolaminin 521 LN призвело до достовірного збільшення індексу проліферації у всіх досліджуваних культурах. За даними цитогенетичного аналізу встановлено, що додавання гормону росту у культуральне середовище не призводить до достовірного збільшення кількості генетичних помилок.  Водночас, додавання Biolaminin 521 LN призводить до зменшення кількості клітин із зміненим каріотипом (у порівнянні з контролем) у всіх досліджуваних культурах. The usage of cell technology in clinical practice requires a large amount of cell material. It in turn provokes the development of methods that will allow to obtain a greater amount of cell material for a much shorter period of time. According to literary sources it is known that the growth hormone and the Biolaminin LN 521 can have a positive influence on the mitotic activity of stem cells. Considering the differences in the cell composition of the cell cultures obtained from different tissues, the effects of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) and Biolaminin 521 LN will be different. Therefore, our aim was to study the effects of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) in various concentrations and to study the Biolaminin LN 521 for the proliferative activity of stem cells obtained from bone marrow, adipose tissue and cardiac muscle of cat. The effects of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) in various concentrations and the effects of Biolaminin LN 521 for proliferative activity and genetic stability of stem cells obtained from bone marrow, adipose tissue and cardiac muscle of cat were studied. It was found that the growth hormone has a positive effect on the proliferative activity of stem cells in cell cultures of adipose tissue and cardiac muscle of cat at low concentrations (10 ng/ml), while the effect on the cell culture of bone marrow stem cells was the opposite. According to the cytogenetic analysis it was found that adding recombinant human growth hormone to the culture media does not lead to a significant increase in the number of genetic errors, while adding the Biolaminin 521 LN leads to a decrease in the number of cells with altered karyotype (in comparison with control) in all the studied cell cultures.
