Представлена методология разработки тонкопленочных систем, которая позволит получать хеморезистивные сенсоры с заданной газочувствительностью. Методология заключается в проведении серий экспериментов по синтезу тонкопленочных систем с использованием различных технологий синтеза (различные исходные материалы, параметры синтеза тонких пленок, различные методы синтеза тонких пленок: термо-
резистивное испарение, воздушно-капельное распыление, отжиг в атмосфере кислорода), проведении измерений их свойств и характеристик, создании базы данных результатов экспериментов; обобщении зависимостей, содержащихся в экспериментальных данных с помощью искусственных нейронных сетей в виде многофакторных вычислительных моделей. Эти модели позволят решать прямые и обратные задачи, экстраполировать выявленные в экспериментальных данных зависимости, проводить виртуальные эксперименты.
В работе рассмотрен эксперимент по синтезу полупроводниковых пленки оксида никеля
и композитов пленок оксида никеля с линейно-цепочечным углеродом в качестве сенсорных элементов относительной влажности. Проведены соответствующие измерения, дан анализ механизма чувствительности нанокомпозитов NiO/ЛЦУ, описывающий увеличение электропроводимости (уменьшение сопротивления) пленочных структур от влажности.
Рассмотрены методики определения толщин тонких пленок металлов. Синтезированы тонкие пленки аморфного селена, серебра и слоев серебра на пленке из селена. На УФ-спектрофотометре сняты спектры оптического пропускания. Предложена методика определения толщины тонких пленок металлов по интерференционному эффекту в некотором диапазоне толщин пленок селена. Проведены соответствующие вычисления.
