Антибіотикорезистентність основних збудників інфекційних захворювань – одна з найважливі-ших проблем сучасної гуманної та ветеринарної медицини. Однією з причин тотального поширення цього загрозливого явища стало надмірне і нераціональне застосування антибіотиків у тваринницт-ві. Споживання харчових продуктів тваринного походження, забруднених залишковими кількостями цих препаратів, може провокувати погіршення загального стану здоров’я, прояв алергічних реакцій та розвиток антибіотикорезистентності основних збудників інфекційних захворювань. Зазначена проблема зумовлює необхідність проведення контролю продукції тваринного походження за вмістом залишкових кількостей антибіотиків. Метою нашої роботи було провести аналіз та узагальнити результати досліджень щодо вмісту залишкових кількостей антибіотиків у продуктах тваринного походження, які надходили на випробування в ДНДІЛДВСЕ впродовж 2017–2019 років. Дослідження проводили методом імуноферментного аналізу (ІФА). Аналіз результатів дослідів, проведених упро-довж 2017–2019 років, свідчить про те, що у продукції тваринництва, яка виробляється в різних об-ластях України, виявлено залишкові кількості антибіотиків. У окремих пробах продуктів тваринно-го походження визначали такі концентрації вмісту залишкових кількостей антибіотиків, що пере-вищували значення CCβ (0,2–3,9 % від загальної кількості досліджуваних проб). 2019 року було вста-новлено перевищення значення CCβ за вмістом хлорамфеніколу у пробах свинини (0,2 % від загальної кількості проб, досліджуваних на цей показник), метаболітів нітрофуранів у пробах м’яса кролів (0,5 % від загальної кількості проб, досліджуваних на ці показники). Крім того, визначали переви-щення значення CCβ у пробах яєць за вмістом залишкових кількостей амоксициліну – 0,5 %, енрофло-ксацину – 0,4 %, ципрофлоксацину – 0,4 %, норфлоксацину – 0,4 %, флюмеквіну – 0,4 % та тилозину – 1,3 % від загальної кількості проб, досліджуваних на ці показники. Зазначені результати наукових досліджень актуалізують необхідність контролю вмісту залишкової кількості цих препаратів у ха-рчових продуктах тваринного походження.
