The state of the problem of stabilizing the structure, improving the quality and properties of structural alloys is studied. To solve the problem, it is proposed to modify melts of low–alloyed alloys with nanodispersed compositions obtained by plasma–chemical synthesis. Process technological parameters are developed. Nanopowders of carbide and carbonitride class SiC and Ti (C, N) with a size of 50 ... 100 nm are obtained. The crystallographic parameters of the nanocompositions and the specific surface are determined, and the dependency curves are plotted. The macro– and microstructure of structural steels and alloys was studied before and after the modification. A significant (in 2 ... 3.5 times) grain refinement and stabilization of the alloy structure as a result of nanopowder modification of titanium carbonitride have been achieved. Thermodynamic calculations of the dimensions of crystalline seeds during the crystallization of steels and alloys are carried out. A complex criterial estimation of the efficiency of nanodispersed compositions in a steel melt is proposed. The features of crystallization and structure formation of modified structural steels are studied. The obtained results are of theoretical and practical importance for production of critical parts from structural steels and high–quality alloys.

В 2011-2016 гг. проведено клинико-лабораторное обследование 172 Вич-инфицированных больных с бактериальными гнойными менингитами, сформированы группы наблюдения (Вич-позитивные пациенты) и сравнения (Вич-негативные пациенты) с пневмококковыми менингитами. Установлено, что клинический вариант инфекционного процесса у Вич-позитивных пациентов, пораженных S. рnеumоniае, проявляется значимой тяжестью без выраженного «падения» CD 4 + -т-лимфоцитов крови. частота возникновения неврологических нарушений и летальности у Вич-позитивных больных выше, чем в общей популяции населения. We have shown the levels of specific antibodies that can neutralize different strains on the virulence of the virus of tick-borne encephalitis (TBE). Specific immunoglobulin with its titers of 1:100, 1:400 и 1:3200 and two TBEV strains with its doses 3 lg TCID50/ ml (Dal negorsk - highly pathogenic, Primorye-437 - not pathogenic for humans). Evidential basis of the activity of residual virus has been obtained in vitro and in vivo in 3, 24, 48 and 72 hours after infection cells of culture PK and mice neinbrednyh by the test samples. Immunoglobulin does not have a protective effect, if its titer is 1:100; inhibits low virulent strain (P-437), but not Dal negorsk one, if its titer is 1:400; and inhibits both strains, it its titer is 1:3200. Regarding the models of different TBE virus strains, this article suggests new approaches to studying the efficacy of specific vaccine prophylaxis and individual prescription of the amount and terms of revaccination for tick-borne encephalitis.
The work deals with the fundamentals of nanomodification of the GS3 heat-resisting multicomponent nickel alloy, out of which blades for gas turbine engines are made. The selection of the modifier for the experimental alloy was justified; the technology of acquiring the nanomodifier, using the plasma-chemical synthesis method, was
developed; and the calculations of the specific surface of the TiC particles were performed. The required quantity of nanomodifier introduced to the liquid alloy to acquire the set structure was determined experimentally. Through electronic microprobe analysis, introduction to the metal matric of nanoparticles of titanium carbide is approved.
Nanomodification allows achieving refinement of the GS3 nickel alloy structure, which is going to provide an opportunity to increase the effective life of gas turbine engine blades.
