Статья посвящена разработке и апробации методов скрининга и диагностики факторов риска развития невротических расстройств и их начальных клинических проявлений. Современные подходы медицины направлены на профилактику и раннюю диагностику пограничных психических расстройств с целью оказания более эффективной и персонализированной помощи. Обследовано 87 человек, которые на основании предварительного обследования были разделены на лиц с низким и высоким уровнем нервно-психической устойчивости. Результаты исследования показывают достоверные различия в показателях ЭКГ, ЭЭГ, речевого сигнала на психоактивирующее воздействие между этими группами. Полученные данные могут быть использованы для разработки нейроинтерфейса, имеющего в своей структуре возможность записи и обработки ЭКГ, ЭЭГ и речевого сигналов, что позволит осуществлять холтеровское мониторирование состояния психического здоровья, тем самым повысить процент верифицированной диагностики заболеваний невротического спектра.
