Identifikasi jenis tumbuhan Anggrek adalah tahapan untuk mengidentifikasi tumbuhan Anggrek yang ditemukan di lokasi penelitian secara runtut sehingga menemukan taksonominya. Anggrek yang terdapat di kawasan Luthu Lamweu tidak kalah beraneka ragam jenisnya yang tumbuh secara epifit dan terestrial. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui jenis Anggrek di Kawasan Luthu Lamweu. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu jelajah (survey eksploratif). Data penelitian ini diambil pada 3 stasiun pengamatan, stasiun 1 pada perkampungan warga, stasiun ke 2 pada perkebunan warga dan stasiun ke 3 pada kawasan hutan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tabel pengamatan. Hasil dari penelitian terdapat 11 jenis Anggrek yang tergolong dalam 9 genus. Spesies yang ditemukan Acriopsisililiifolia, Bulbophyllumivaginatum,iBromheadia ifinlaysoniana, Cattleya sp., Cymbidium ifinlaysonianum, iDendrobium icrumenatum iSw., iVanda isp. Phalaenopsis delyciosa, iDendrobium iburanna ifineball, AppendiculaitortaiBlume, idan Dendrobiumisp.
The nutritional status of pregnant women is one of the indicators to measure thenutritional status of the community. If the input of nutrition for pregnant women of thefood is not balanced with the needs of the body, there will be a deficiency of nutrients.Maternal Mortality become one important indicator in determining the degree of publichealth. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2005 in developed countriesthe maternal mortality rate ranged from 5-10 per 100,000 live births, while in countriesemerging range between 750-1000 per 100,000 live births (Winkjosastro, 2005). Thepurpose of this study to determine the factors-factors related to the nutritional status ofpregnant women. The independent variables of this study are education, income andknowledge while the dependent variable is the nutritional status of pregnant women. Thisresearch uses a survey method with cross sectional analytic. The population in this studywere all pregnant women at health centers Sidorejo Lubuklinggau is numbered 40 pregnantwomen. The sample used is total sam-pling. Collecting data by distributing questionnairesto the respondents. The survey results revealed that respondents with low education,there are 23 (57.5%), lower income as many as 30 (75%), and respondents who haveenough knowledge-less 27 (67.5%), and respondents malnutrition status as 22 (55%). Aftertesting the chi square statistic diketahahui these three variables have a significant associationwith the nutritional status of pregnant women. Expected for health centers to providehealth education on nutrition in pregnant women, and also provide nutritious supplementaryfeeding program for pregnant women
Damage to leaves, panicles, and stems of rice plants caused by fungal pathogens, Pyricularia grisea, which causes Blas. Control of this disease by the use of biological agents in the form of bacteria which is Bacillus cereus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and consortium. This research aims to determine the ability of these bacterial isolates to inhibit the growth of Pyricularia grisea. This research was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The working procedures in this research were sampling of pathogenic fungi, making Pyricularia grisea liquid inoculum, and testing bacterial antagonists for pathogenic fungi in vitro. Analysis of variance (ANAVA) was used, with Fcount = 802.66 and Ftable = 3.48 with a significant level of α = 0.05 (5%) proved that the isolates of the bacteria Bacillus cereus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa could play an antagonistic role towards the fungus Pyricularia grisea. The results of this research indicate that bacterial isolates were able to inhibit the growth of Pyricularia grisea by the formation of the largest average clear zone in the treatment of Bacillus cereus bacteria which was 9.57 mm. The clear zone in the fungicide is 9.53 mm, the consortium is 9.37 mm, and the Pseudomonas aeruginosa is 8.2 mm.
Di Indonesia prevalensi dismenore pada usia remaja sebesar 64,25% yang terdiri dari 54,89% dismenore primer dan 9,36% dismenore sekunder (Santoso, 2008). Secara farmakologi, penatalaksanaan adalah dengan pemberian obat-obat analgetik seperti golongan obat Nonsteroidal Antiinflammatory Drugs (NSAID) dapat meredakan nyeri. Salah satu pengobatan non farmakologi adalah dengan hipnoterapi merupakan aplikasi hipnosis dalam menyembuhkan masalah mental dan fisik (psikosomatis) seperti halnya nyeri, kecemasan, dan lain-lain. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih dan memberi penanganan non farmakologi kepada siswi SMA PGRI 1 Kota Lubuklinggau untuk menurunkan nyeri dismenorea Penanganan dismenorea ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan dan dilanjutkan. Pelatihan ini rencananya akan diikuti oleh siswi SMA PGRI I Kota Lubuklinggau berjumlah 38 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah terselenggaranya pelatihan hipnoterapi untuk menurunkan nyeri dismenorea.
This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on Social Problem material by using the method of Role Playing class IV SD Negeri 101768 Tembung. This research use design of PTK with Subject in this research is all side of class IV SDN 101768 Tembung Year Ajisi 2016/2017 which amounts 23 people. This research was conducted two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Setiaap Cycle consists of 4 stages of planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques used are tests and observations. Problem given 3 times the initial test, cycle I, cycle II, while the observation includes the activities of teachers and students in the learning process. Where the value of learning completeness standard is 65. If the student score is less than 65, then the student is said not yet completed. At the time of Cycle I can be seen that of 23 students of students as many as 9 students (39.13%) who got the results of learning is not complete and as many as 14 students (60.87%) who entered in the category of complete with average class of 63.48. When compared with the initial test score, then there has been an increase in student learning outcomes. Based on the Cycle II test, 2 students (8.70%) were unfinished in the study and as many as 21 students (91.30%) completed in the study with grade point average of 79.57. After the learning and test in Cycle II, the students' learning outcomes in the IPS lesson and the next cycle are no longer necessary. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that. Implementation of role playing method to improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects in class IV SD Negeri 101768 Tembung T.A 2016/2017.
