Реферат. Широкое распространение ультразвукового метода позволяет применять его как метод диагностики не только для контрольного исследования патологии, но и как метод обязательного исследования в сложных случаях. Эхокардиография хорошо исследована в плане чувствительности и специфичности методики, направлена на исследование морфологических и функциональных изменений сердца и его клапанного аппарата. Малыми аномалиями называются аномалии в строении сердца, отличающиеся от нормы и не нарушающие процесс гемодинамики. Эхокардиография является одним из методов дифференциальной диагностики малых аномалий и образований правого предсердия. Цель исследования-изучение анатомии и структуры правого предсердия, гребенчатых мышц стенок правого предсердия и их дифференциальная диагностика от тромба и опухоли. Материал и методы. Был проведен обзор литературы по анатомии, ультразвуковой диагностике структуры правого предсердия, гребенчатых мышц правого предсердия, гипертрофии правого предсердия. Результаты и их обсуждение. На эхокардиографии гипертрофированная гребенчатая мышца может создавать впечатление гиперэхогенного тромба или метастаза опухоли. Структура мышцы при ультразвуковом исследовании в апикальной четырехкамерной позиции является основным из факторов в диагностике гипертрофированной гребенчатой мышцы. Дифференцировать гипертрофию гребенчатой мышцы в правом предсердии от тромба или метастаза-одна из актуальных задач. Выводы. Гипертрофия мышцы-это проявление нормы как малой аномалии, а тромб или опухоль-патология. Поэтому при исследовании важен комплексный подход в дифференциальной диагностике с использованием не только трансторакального метода эхокардиографии, но и чреспищеводного метода диагностики, класса аппарата ультразвуковой диагностики, а также навыков и опыта врача.
