This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .
Zakat is one of the pillars in the Islamic economy which is a pillar of the Islamic religion, the importance of zakat in the economy is why in the Qur'an zakat is always juxtaposed with prayer, there are even 29 words zakat which are always juxtaposed with prayer, because zakat is meritorious in Community economic empowerment must be managed properly by amil zakat, in this context is BAZNAS Bogor City. The purpose of zakat itself is not only to help asnaf but also to make mustahiq become muzakki, therefore the distribution of zakat funds must be right on target so that this goal is achieved. This study aims to determine the determination of recipients of zakat funds distributed by BAZNAS Bogor City through one of its programs, namely Bogor Berkah, whether with this program the zakat asnaf group is helped and this study takes the object of ta'lim majlis. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis approach, IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary). The results of this study indicate that in determining the receipt of zakat funds distributed by BAZNAS Bogor City through the Bogor Berkah program is the majlis ta'lim criteria which have small or medium business groups. and with this program there are not a few ta'lim majlis that empower their congregations of ta'lim majlis. The Qiroati method is a method for studying and understanding the Koran. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the Qiroati method in learning Al-Quran at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang. The research method is a case study. The research was conducted at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang with 30 respondents as the subject of research. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity used time and place triangulation. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis with data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are in the form of information about the Qiroati method applied at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang. The results obtained are that the Qiroati method applies a system and how to read fluently, quickly, precisely, correctly and tartly without having to spell it. The teaching model in the Qiroati method uses teaching aids for classical teaching containing material in the Qiroati volume book. The teaching model in the Qiroati method uses teaching aids for classical teaching which contain material on the pages of the Qiroati volume book. The instructor must undertake Qiroati education and training so as to obtain an official diploma with which to teach the Qiroati method. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the application of the Qiroati method in learning Al-Quran at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang.
The purpose of this study is to reveal the meaning of the concept of moral education according to KH. Hayim Ash'ari in the book Adab al-Alim wa al-Muta'alim and its relevance to education today. This type of research is library research with deductive and inductive methods with the data collection tool is documentation and the data source consists of primary data, namely the book of Adab al-Alim wa al-Muta'alim by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari and secondary data from other references. The results of the research and discussion, it is concluded that: Based on the discussion and analysis above, the researcher concludes that the concept of moral education in KH. Hasyim Asy'ari contained in the book Adab al'Alim wa al-Muta'allim includes moral education for education and students. Moral values emphasize the arrangement of the heart. These values are more religious in nature, with strong Sufism nuances, and the basis is that every behavior is designed to approach and seek blessings from Allah SWT. Such as: straightening intentions, wara behavior, qonaah behavior, good use of time, being ta'dzim, tawadhu (humble), patient, establishing good cooperation, being istiqomah, likes to read, istiqomah (consistent), maintaining relationships, expanding knowledge , adab in asking questions, has the nature of affection, active, and diligent, polite to the teacher. KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adab al-Alim wa al-Muta'allim on moral education related to education in Indonesia KH. Hasyim Asya'ari in Adab al-Alim wa al Muta'allim Moral values in the book prove this and can still be applied today, and can support the government initiated by the following institutions to strengthen moral education or character although the percentage in question is more religious, because the concept of moral education KH.
