and Tr-3080 were tested in the experiment. Important characteristics such as plant height, head diameter, 1000-seed weight, seed yield, oil content and oil yield were investigated. According to the results, statistical differences were found between the cultivars for 1000-seed weight, seed yield, oil content and oil yield at the 5% probability level. The highest seed yield per hectare (4,110.7 kg) was obtained from Pioneer-4223, while the highest oil yield per hectare (139.3 kg) was produced by C-70165. The lowest oil yield per hectare was found in Tr-3080 (610.6 kg), while the lowest seed yield per hectare was found in Tr-3080 (1,790.6 kg). The highest oil content (40.1%) was obtained from Armada and the lowest from Pioneer-4223 with 34.4%. The highest 1000-seed weight (83.7 g) was obtained from Isera and the lowest from Armada with 56.1 g. The highest plant height (249.9 cm) was obtained from C-70165 and the lowest from Tr-3080 (181.4 cm). The largest head diameter was found in Tunca (17.4 cm) and the smallest in Armada (13.9 cm). Results from this study indicate that Pioneer-4223, Pactol, Isera. C-70165, Tarsan, and Armada can be potential cultivar in terms of yield and the other important characters investigated under the irrigated conditions in Diyarbakir.
This research was carried to determine the yield and yield components on some common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) varieties in 2017 and 2018 years, in Diyarbakir, southeast Anatolia of Turkey. In the experiment, Onceler-98, Karacasehir-90, Yunus-90, Akman-98, Goynuk-98, Aras-98, Terzibaba, Adabeyazi, Cihan and Noyanbey cultivars were used. Experiment was set up in randomized complete block design with three replications. Plots were 6 m length with five rows, the inter-row and intra-row spacing were 0.7 m and 0.10 m. Seeds were sown after wheat harvest as second crops. The differences among cultivars were significant for number of days of flowering and maturity, plant height, number of pods and seeds per plant, grain yield and 100 seed weight. Number of days to flowering ranged from 48.0 to 62.8; number of days to maturity ranged from 99.8 to 113.8. The number of pods and seeds per plant varied from 12.8 to 30.8, and 24.3 to 105.6, respectively. Grain yield ranged from 792.3 kg ha-1 (Cihan and Noyanbey) to 2709 kg ha-1 (Goynuk-98 and Onceler-98). In the experiment area, high heat temperature and high evaporation throughout July and August, negatively affected the blooming, pollination and fertilization on cultivars of dwarf and determinate plant habit types. Brushy type and late-maturing varieties should be preferred under second crop conditions.
ÖzBu araştırma bazı bakla çeşitlerinde (Filiz-90, Eresen-87, Salkım) gübre uygulamalarının (kontrol, azot, fosfor, organik ve bakteri) verim ve verim unsurlarına etkisini araştırmak amacıyla 2018-2019 yılları arasında iki yıl süreyle Dicle Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi deneme alanında yürütülmüştür. Gübreler; 4 kg/da azot, 8 kg/da fosfor, organik gübre 150 g/da, bakteri ise tavsiye miktarı üzerinden uygulanmıştır. Deneme tesadüf bloklarında bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre 3 tekrarlamalı olarak düzenlenmiştir. Tohum ekimi her iki yılda da Şubat ayının ilk haftasında, bitki hasadı Haziran ayında yapılmıştır. Araştırmada; gübre uygulamaları bitki boyu, tek bitki ağırlığı, bakla ağırlığı, bitkide bakla ve tane sayısı, biyolojik verimi ve tane verimini önemli ölçüde etkilemiştir. Uygulamaların baklada tane sayısı, 100 tane ağırlığı ve hasat indeksi üzerine etkisi önemsiz bulunmuştur. Uygulamalar arasında fosfor uygulaması diğer uygulamalara göre bitki boyu, bitkide tane sayısı, bitki ağırlığı ve bitkide tane verimini önemli ölçüde etkilemiştir. Tane verimi kontrol grubunda 214.7 kg/da, fosfor uygulamasında 205.0 kg ile yüksek, bakteri uygulaması 179.8 kg/da ile düşük bulunmuştur. Çeşitler arasında tane verimi Eresen 87 çeşidinde 183.2 kg/da ile Filiz-90 çeşidinde 241.2 kg/da arasında değişmiştir.
