In the context of the development of information technology in the world, modern scientists have noted in children, youth and adults the processes of creative and intellectual degradation, the growth of functional illiteracy. In the 20th century, the value of general intelligence for each new generation was one more statistical “norm” than the previous one. Scientists have discovered that the activity of a man of the 21st century in his free time becomes more significant for the development of his intellect and creativity (gaining a state of "flow") than activity during working hours. The intellectual load during leisure time allows a person to maintain a high level of mental activity until the end of his life, to prevent brain degradation. In the scientific community, from the mid-19th century, the verbal definition of the term “intellectual games” is enclosed in different types of games. Drawing analogies between the concepts of “Quiz” and “intellectual games”, the authors of the article determine that they are the product of two opposites: mass, entertainment culture and intellectual culture, which is characteristic of a rational person, capable of endless development. The authors described a modern tool for working in the database of scientific materials Google Book Ngram Corpus. This database contains also materials concerning architecture, construction, machine-buliding fields of research. With its help, connotations of intellectual games in the history of their development were considered.
The relevance of the research is due to the low level of communicative-speech activity and communicative skills of future teachers, as well as the lack of elaboration of the problem of interest to us in linguometrics in the conditions of distance and mixed forms of education. The purpose of the study is to develop methods that stimulate the communicative and speech activity of students in the system of higher pedagogical education in the conditions of distance and mixed forms of education. The leading methods of studying this problem are the analysis and abstracting of scientific literature, generalization of the practical experience of a number of researchers and their own, included observation, which allows us to comprehensively consider the issues of interest to us, pedagogical experiment, which allows us to test on an empirical level the developed elements of the author's methodology. Results. The article reveals the concept of "communicative-speech activity", identifies the features of its manifestation, identifies the factors and methods of teaching that affect the formation of communicative-speech activity of future teachers. The scientific novelty of the research consists in determining the minimum of speech-related knowledge about communicative speech activity and its types, as well as in developing a methodology for increasing communicative speech activity in the conditions of distance and mixed forms of education. Practical significance. The materials of the article are of practical value for future teachers who will be able to increase their own communicative and speech activity; will enable the university teacher and the teacher to more effectively organize work on the formation and improvement of communicative skills and can be taken into account when developing manuals, innovative distance learning programs.

Here we provide the recent information on the molecular profile of the endometrium and highlight the pathogenesis of infertility occurring during endometriosis. Because of individual features of each woman’s organism, there are no versatile diagnostic criteria for determining endometrial receptivity which plays one of the leading roles in implantation disorders. Although a lot of studies on the gene expression in endometriosis have been published to date, intricate gene-gene and gene-environment interactions frequently balance inherited or acquired alterations of gene expression in the endometrium. Hence, investigation of entire cell signaling pathways is preferrable over the general expression of gene expression within the endometrium. As eutopic and ectopic endometrium have largely similar histological appearance, the development of a single diagnostic test remains an unmet clinical need. Therefore, it is urgent to search for novel, evidence-based criteria for timely prediction and early diagnosis of endometriosis-associated infertility using minimally invasive examination methods.
Obesity and overweight tend to increase in prevalence in the whole world. Obese people have a higher incidence of cardiovascular diseases, stroke, osteoarthritis, diabetes mellitus and reproductive system diseases. This is especially evident in women. Hormonal imbalances is developed among obese women in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, typically there are menstruation disorders, anovulation and female infertility. Adipose tissue is an endocrine organ, with an intricate role in bioactive molecules secrete, in particularly adipokines, which interact differently with a variety of molecular pathways, contribute to the development of insulin resistance, inflammation, hypertension, increased risk of cardiovascular events, disorders of blood clotting, differentiation and maturation of oocytes. In addition, women with obesity and metabolic syndrome have problems with conception at the endometrial level often, a significantly higher risk of having a miscarriage, and worse assisted reproductive technology outcomes. Obesity has negative effects on the endometrium in non-pregnant women, it is increasing the risk of abnormal uterine bleeding. Hormones derived from adipose tissue could be affected on the function of the uterus/endometrium and, consequently, affect the amount of menstrual blood loss. Contradictory results are observed in patients with endometriosis. The correlation of body mass index to the risk of endometriosis has not been proven in clinical studies, but there was a direct relationship between the severity of endometriosis and a high body mass index. The review presents possible relationships of diseases of the reproductive system with obesity and overweight, determining their development and pathogenesis of disorders of the formation of the functions of reproductive organs.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
