This paper analyzes the mechanism of combined raceway superfinishing technique of precision bearing, via the relationship between coarse and superfinishing oilstone and raceway geometric accuracy, probes forming mechanism of raceway geometric accuracy under double oilstone pressure as well as auto dynamic control functions. Additionally, this paper analyzes the feasibility of combined coarse and superfinishing technique, brings forward practice methods and steps of combined finishing technique; discusses how to realize smooth transition of technique parameters, so as to reduce surface texture changes of working pieces, achieve assistant grinding of superfinishing oilstone, improve surface quality of raceway and decrease reflection error of superfinishing. Meanwhile, this paper adopts embeded technology to realize auto dynamic control of oilstone pressure, so as to effectively eliminate surface error resulted from oilstone raising and furthermore enhance surface geometric accuracy of precision bearing.
based on characteristics of production flow of bearing manufacturing, via comprehensive utilization of SLP tool and by calculating logistics quantity of bearing manufacturing, this paper works out the operating unit logistics and non-logistics correlation diagram based on analysis of benchmark interrelationship, and then it gets the comprehensive correlation among production facilities. In addition, the operating unit’s location interrelationship scheme of bearing manufacturing industry is made. In this way, planning of production facilities of enterprise can be more reasonable, thus production efficiency can be improved and production cost can be reduced.
This paper primarily makes an analysis and study on existing production processes adopted in production lines of mechanical processing industry, and adopts methods of process analysis and work analysis, principles of “ECRS”, 5W1H questioning and improvement analysis sheets and relevant techniques to perform detailed analysis on the existing production processes in respect of complicated process settings, unreasonable processes and other problems in processes of production. According to field observations and data collected, measures are proposed to solve such problems like low efficiency in material flows, waiting of parts, long hauling distance etc. and process improvement plans are made on basis of facilitating reasonable material flows and benefits maximization. The results of analyses and appraisals on new plans show the efficiency of production processes has been improved effectively, which will make it possible that enterprises reduce costs and enhance their competitiveness further.
By analyzing the bearing raceway ultra-lapping process and equipment, we can set up an automatic device replacing oilstone and automatic detection mechanism of machining precision. By adapting the modular method to define respectively various functions of the automatic cycle processing module, automatic device replacing oilstone module, detection module, machining precision of automatic machine automatic feeding module, machine automatic feeding module, network monitoring module, and analyzing those functions to find logical relationship between the modules, we aim at establishing communication between these modules. Through the use of embedded microprocessor and its application software, connected by the CNC system and the external host computer network, we can realize long-distance control and unmanned operation, long-distance processing program transmission, long-distance diagnosis and repair services, technical services, and coordinating and efficient operation of each functional module of ultra-lapping process, eventually establishing the bearing raceway lapping unmanned manufacturing system, improving the efficiency and stability of the equipment, saving human resources, creating conditions for constructing unmanned automatic production system for bearing.
