The purpose of the article is to disclose the migratory threats which are connected with external and mass internal interregional migrations, which are caused by the annexation of the Crimea and military aggression in Donbas by Russia. Methodological and practical aspects of improving the management of intensive interstate and interregional migratory processes, negative consequences of which threaten national security of the country because of hybrid war in Donbas, illegal migration, worsening of the demographic situation, departure of scientists and specialists abroad are described in the article too. The main strategic objective, which consists of maintenance of state sovereignty, territorial integrity of Ukraine, and also integration in European and migratory space, ensuring close to the world standards of quality and length of life, realization of rights and freedoms of citizens, is formulated. Actions and tasks of the state migratory policy, ways and methods of regulation of external migrations of the population are considered. Principal reasons of external migrations of population are identified and analysed. The inwardly-regional, interregional and intergovernmental migrations of population of Ukraine in the years of its state independence (1991-2014) are analyzed in details. The results of analysis showed that migratory activity goes down on inwardly-regional and interregional levels. Also intensity of exchange of population went down between the regions of country. At the same time Ukraine for years state independence through depopulation processes lost 6,5 million persons, and in the external migratory moving of population of loss made over 1 million persons. The problem of illegal external labour migration is considered. It is noted that illegal migration from Ukraine to the threats to national security in the Law of Ukraine "On the National Security of Ukraine" is not included, and a threat to national security posed by illegal migration from Ukraine state authorities and management of both central and local underestimated. Attention is accented on that adjusting of migratory processes at the macrolevel must become to the ponderable component of socioeconomic policy of the state, and the measures of migratory policy consist of that to obtain organization of migratory space of country and take under effective state control those migratory processes that take place in it. Proposals concerning perspective and effective actions of the state migratory policy of Ukraine in regulating migratory movement of the population from the positions of national priorities and regional peculiarities, and also personal needs of migrants and prevention of migratory threats to national security of Ukraine are formulated. Abstract. The article considers the essence of the concept of «emotional flexibility» and identifies its main elements and role in implementing management functions in banking institutions, particularly in decision-making. First, we substantiated the necessity of developing emotional flexibility to strengthen the functions performed by the leader. We established that the degree of development of this experience depends on how much the leader can act in a situation of uncertainty, quickly adapt to change, and find new opportunities and ways to make decisions. After all, in banking management, management decisions are pretty risky and challenging to predict because the financial sector is quite sensitive to socio-economic and political factors. Second, we characterized the mental models that guide any human activity. We consider the term «emotional flexibility of the leader» as a set of skills based on the ability to perceive their own emotions, label and understand them, and then consciously move forward. It also means recognizing stress and getting out of it, deciding how to act according to personal values and goals. Thus, we considered the categories that are the basis for the formation of emotional flexibility, namely: emotional self-awareness, the ability to manage emotions, the ability to control emotions, empathy, establishing and maintaining relationships effectively. We found that the developed emotional flexibility is inherent in leaders who can understand and direct their feelings, quickly identify subordinates’ emotions, and maintain effective social communication. Finally, we focused on the benefits of the developed emotional flexibility of the head of enterprises, institutions, organizations.The emotional flexibility of the leader lies in his conscious readiness to implement the emotional competencies necessary for the effective implementation of professional activities and solving social problems. This will contribute to professional development and personal development, the actualization of adaptive abilities, preservation of health and prevention of «professional burnout», harmonious functioning in society, life achievements. This article aims to examine the role of innovations and liability of economic entities when setting up businesses in Ukraine’s current conditions, define the role, prospects and value of other business players during market analysis by the example of corporate game and designing of efficient tools for enhancing the speed of implementing an eco-friendly and technological business and its integration into global communities. Any activity enhances relations between economic entities and encourages the establishment of cooperations, groups, communities whose activities can be considered from the perspective of corporate games. It is found that social media development has resulted in consolidation of entrepreneurs and emergence of trends, which can be easier corrected externally and can increase the probability of eco-friendly business adoption. The model of corporate games has been substantiated, taking into account individual contributions to self-advancement and education, which facilitates higher liability and integration of innovations into businesses. The article describes tools for assessing the introduction of ecological business development that should be implemented by economic entities for comprehensive analysis of enterprise operations. Ukraine can increase the speed of building up innovative businesses while enhancing the liability of each entrepreneur and establishing cooperation that can be considered from the perspective of corporate game.
The article analyzes the situation on the Ukrainian labour market as a result of the pandemic. The main post-quarantine trends of the labour market are described. Attention is paid to labour migration as a key factor which affect on the labour market. The problem with migrant workers who have returned to Ukraine now is considered and possible options for current events are identified. Migratory activity from Ukraine threatens not only the loss of active labour potential, but also a significant reduction in the country's demographic potential, which requires the implementation of effective measures to stabilize this process.
