Aiming at the problem that the current elevator monitoring system cannot detect the accidental fall of passengers, this paper proposes a fall detection method based on machine vision and multi-feature fusion. First, moving targets were extracted by ViBe algorithm, and then the human body was marked with an external rectangle. Three characteristic parameters, namely the aspect ratio, effective area ratio and centroid acceleration of the human body, were calculated. At last, thresholds were set and SVM classification training was conducted to judge whether there was a fall event. Experimental results show that the algorithm has high accuracy and good stability. It can effectively reduce the injury caused by the elderly falling down in the elevator.
Among the running faults of railway freight cars, wheelset faults still occupy a very large proportion in all operation faults. These faults seriously affect and threaten the operation safety of railway freight cars. Focusing on the data of the operating mileage of C80 wheelset, application of the two-parameter Birnbaunm-Saunders (BS) fatigue life distribution and the Weibull distribution are introduced and reviewed for analyzing the data of three high-risk wheelset faults, namely the wheel diameter difference, the circumferential wear of the tread and the location depression of tread. The analysis results show that the application of BS fatigue life distribution in the prediction of wheelset reliability is feasible.
Aiming at the safety and health requirements of equipment in chemical machinery field and combining with the current intelligent industrial manufacturing background, a PHM based equipment health management system is developed. Taking 316L stainless steel diffused welding joint of micro and small heat exchanger as the research object, the PHM system framework is designed. The system is divided into six parts: object layer, perceptual transport layer, data layer, analysis layer, recommendation layer and implementation layer. In addition, it mainly analyses test experiment construction, evaluation means, maintenance management, etc., and solves the problem of “Information Island” caused by the separation of processes in the current system.
