Peanut protein and its hydrolysate were compared with a view to their use as food additives. The effects of pH, temperature and protein concentration on some of their key physicochemical properties were investigated. Compared with peanut protein, peanut peptides exhibited a significantly higher solubility and significantly lower turbidity at pH values 2–12 and temperature between 30 and 80°C. Peanut peptide showed better emulsifying capacity, foam capacity and foam stability, but had lower water holding and fat adsorption capacities over a wide range of protein concentrations (2–5 g/100 ml) than peanut protein isolate. In addition, peanut peptide exhibited in vitro antioxidant properties measured in terms of reducing power, scavenging of hydroxyl radical, and scavenging of DPPH radical. These results suggest that peanut peptide appeared to have better functional and antioxidant properties and hence has a good potential as a food additive.
Stratigraphy correlation is the basis of study on oilfield reservoir characterization. According to region study results, marine environments correlation pattern were used in EPC Oilfield, stratigraphic sequence were summarized, based on the feature of lithology and responding of core data and wired logging data, correlation markers were summarized in each sequence, formation distribution were described based on the zonation, geology model were summarized for the main oil bearing formation. Following study on reservoir were based on these results.
Exploration of low carbon city planning is the key to achieve sustainable development, which also has important meaning for the construction of energy-saving society. The value engineering theory was introduced into low carbon urban planning in this work, with the analysis method of three steps proposed. Firstly, sort out the planning index system and determine the key parameters. Secondly, quantify the value coefficient of each parameter by the expert scoring method. Lastly, get the highest priority value coefficient to achieve the purpose of carbon effect with lowest cost. Through illustrating the principle of the method by an example, the actual meaning of low carbon city planning using value engineering theory was proved effective.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
