The title compound, C12H10N2·C14H10O5, is a cocrystal of (E)‐4,4′‐diazastilbene and 4,4′‐oxydibenzoic acid, lying on an inversion centre and a twofold axis, respectively. Molecules are linked by strong intermolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, resulting in a one‐dimensional architecture.
