This article combines influencing factors of farmers’ participation in the Rural Living Environment Renovation Project (RLERP) and conceptualizes a model that depicts the relationships between the demographic characteristics of farmers and their perceptions and behavioral response to RLERP. Using a questionnaire survey to collect empirical data, we found (1) A total of 92% of farmers have fully realized the importance of rural living environment, but most people have adopted a wait-and-see attitude and a lack of motivation to participate. (2) A total of 65% of farmers participate in the collection and classification of domestic waste, 22% of the farmers participate in captivity livestock behavior, and 19% of farmers participate in the response behavior of domestic sewage treatment. (3) A significant positive correlation occurs between income level and farmers’ cognition and behavior response. (4) The education standards of the public are not correlated with the farmers’ cognition but is significantly correlated with farmers’ behavioral response. (5) The cognitive and behavioral response of females to RLERP is significantly higher than that of men. 6) In the process from cognition to the action response, farmers’ cognition is positively correlated with action response. On this basis, some measures and suggestions to improve the response of farmers to rural living environment renovation are put forward.

A three-dimensional rating index system for water resources system–water environment system–socioeconomic system is constructed based on data from Hunan Dongting Lake Eco-environment Monitoring Center, Hunan Provincial Water Resources Bulletin, and Hunan Statistical Yearbook. The water resources carrying capacity (WRCC) of Dongting Lake Basin from 2009 to 2018 is evaluated by the TOPSIS model combined with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weight, and then the temporal evolution and spatial distribution characteristics of the WRCC of the Dongting Lake Basin are analyzed. The results show that: (1) The WRCC in the Dongting Lake Basin decreases from a good level to a reasonable level during the period. Among them, the WRCC of the Ouchi River, Hudu River, and Songzi River Basins decreases significantly. (2) There are obvious spatial differences in the WRCC of the Dongting Lake Basin in 2018, the WRCC order is Lishui River, West Dongting Lake, Zijiang River, South Dongting Lake, Yuanshui River, Xiangjiang River, East Dongting Lake, Songzi River, Hudu River, Ouchi River, with scores of 0.586, 0.526, 0.472, 0.448, 0.416, 0.397, 0.393, 0.313, 0.306, and 0.304, respectively. Finally, some policy recommendations for improving the WRCC of the Dongting Lake Basin are proposed.

Providing convenient and comfortable transportation services for residents is an important part of urban construction, in which the intelligent transportation system (ITS) plays an important role. This study used the big data of urban public transportation in China and the evaluation of ITS in tourism e-commerce website to compare travelers' perception of urban intelligent transportation with the objective effects of ITS and analyzed the factors that affect the perception bias of urban residents about ITS. The conclusions are as follows: (1) there are regional differences in travelers' perception of ITS. The traveler's evaluation of ITS in the cities of East China is best in China, followed by cities in the central and southwestern regions. (2) The perception bias of urban residents from ITS is generally affected by the density of road network and travel radius. The influencing factors of perception bias are obviously different between provincial capital cities and non-provincial capital cities. (3) The use of digital maps, navigation, and intelligent road conditions in the travel process can improve travelers' evaluation of ITS.
