Abstract-The talent cultivation mode of innovation and entrepreneurship is the inherent requirement to realize the transformation and development of local universities and improve the quality of applied talent cultivation. Aiming at the problems of the separation of education and production in the agricultural engineering of the local agricultural college, and the lagging of the course content in the development of the industry, as well as combining the characteristics of local economic development, this paper sets up a goal of scientific talent cultivation, builds up a new talent cultivation operation mode and puts into practice accordingly, at the same time, provides reference for local undergraduate innovative talent cultivation.
The cultivation of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial abilities is closely related to school and society. From the school's point of view, the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, such as the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system to be improved, the innovation and entrepreneurship practice training system needs to be strengthened, etc. are analyzed, and the improvements of creating innovation and entrepreneurship education system, and strengthenning innovation and entrepreneurship education faculty team construction, etc. are put forward. From the society's point of view, the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, such as the society's innovative and entrepreneurial environment to be improved, and the lack of necessary family support, etc. are analyzed, and the improvements of establishing public professional service platform, and constructing innovation and entrepreneurship practice bases are put forward. Giving full play to the positive factors in school and society has positive significance in cultivating college students' innovative and entrepreneurial abilities.
Abstract. In order to understand the types and distribution characteristics of the common diseases in Tianjin Agricultural College, to provide a basis for medical and health care, the clinical data of college students from September 2016 to December 2016 in Tianjin Agricultural College Hospital were analyzed statistically. The conclusions were drawn: colds, upper respiratory tract infections, bronchitis, excessive internal heat, sprain, gastroenteritis, skin irritation, toothache, stomach pain, eye fatigue, conjunctivitis, dysmenorrheal, rhinitis, otitis media and beriberi were the common diseases of college students, and the top 6 of the common diseases were colds, upper respiratory tract infection, excessive internal heat, sprain, gastroenteritis and skin allergies. According to the different living areas, the conclusions were also obtained: the college students from rural areas with a high incidence rate of cold, upper respiratory tract infections, excessive internal heat and gastroenteritis; the college students from the city with a high incidence rate of skin irritation; and the incidence rate of sprain had no obvious relationship with the living areas. According to different students, health care workers in colleges and universities should carry out medical and health education, improve the resistance of college student's disease, and reduce the incidence of common diseases of college students.
With the rapid development of large-scale and intensive livestock and poultry farming, a large number of livestock and poultry manure has been produced. If livestock and poultry manure is directly stacked or improperly disposed of, it will cause extremely serious pollution to the surrounding water, air and soil, and endanger human health. It is an effective method to dispose and utilize livestock and poultry manure properly according to local conditions. However, because of the large water content of livestock and poultry manure, most of the water in the manure needs to be removed before resource disposal. Therefore, drying livestock and poultry manure is a necessary link in the resource disposal and utilization of livestock and poultry manure. In view of the shortcoming of high energy consumption, uneven drying and low drying efficiency existing in the existing drying technology equipment for livestock and poultry manure, on the basis of overall design and working principle analysis of the livestock and poultry manure dryer, innovative designs are made in the following aspects: improving the efficiency of material transportation from the sloping spiral feeding device; at the bottom of the feed box, seepage holes are equipped with, which can preliminarily filter and separate the moisture in livestock and poultry manure; the conveyor belt in the drying oven adopts three-step jump conveyor mode to realize the rolling conveyor drying of livestock and poultry manure. These innovative designs can improve the transportation efficiency, drying uniformity and drying efficiency of livestock and poultry manure, effectively reduce the moisture content in livestock and poultry manure, reduce the energy consumption of dryer, and effectively realize the resource disposal and utilization of livestock and poultry manure.
Abstract. Mechanical Drawing is a compulsory professional basic course of mechanical engineering and related professional. Considering the characteristics of Mechanical Drawing that course contents are much and miscellaneous, class hours are relatively tight, courses learning requires a strong spatial imagination, and course knowledge is with strong theory and practice, a series of teaching reform practice explorations are carried out. Such as according to different specialty, adjusted teaching outline; basing on the integration of theory and practice teaching philosophy, the teaching system of Mechanical Drawing experiments and practices links are established; a series of effective measures are taken to mobilize the enthusiasm of students and improve teaching effectiveness; and the curriculum assessment methods are reformed to focus on capacity-building and so on. The better teaching results are achieved.
