In the process of printing machines increasing and reduction of speed, the image collected from online detection system for different speed of printing needs picture adaptive processing. In this paper, there are two methods put forward to realize above goal. One method is sequential similarity detection algorithms and the other is ratio value. Apply with VC++ programming to realize image matching on the premise of the unique CCD detection equipment. The experiment results show that: sequential similarity algorithm on the premise of printing machine running in low speed, by comparing with threshold to realize variable-speed imaging. The ratio value method can be used for a variety of printing speed and it has high speed, high detection efficiency and wide range of application.
Gear tooth modification such as lead crowning can reduce stress concentration at the edges of the gear teeth; therefore prolong the fatigue life of gears. A logarithmical lead profile was applied on spur gears and the surface coordinate equation of logarithmic crowned tooth for manufacturing was established. On the basis of the contact mechanics model, the deformation equation of compatibility and load equilibrium equation were solved with an iterative numerical algorithm, and the corresponding programs were developed in Matlab to calculate the distributions of contact stress and von Mises stress field inside the subsurface layer at any meshing position. The numerical results of some typical examples show that the level of stress concentration before modification changes with the engaging locations of the gear teeth, and so does the amount of logarithmic modification along the line of contact, which can completely eliminate the edge effects of tooth surface at every meshing position during the spur gear transmission process, and thus improves the fatigue resistance of gear teeth surfaces.
To confirm that parameters to control gray balance in G7 are whether apply to ink-jet printing. On the theoretical basis of ink-jet printing principle, gray balance control method and the G7 specification, through designs the test sheet and prints it with digital ink-jet printer, then, measures the parameters in G7 which influence the gray balance effects. The experimental results show that the data come from the test sheet is basically consistent with G7 standard data in neutral grey density of HR, HC, SC. Moreover, the neutral grey in CMY overprint and monochromatic K can be well matched. All above results indicated that G7 can effectively monitor the gray balance of digital ink-jet printing.
This study introduces a new anti-counterfeiting method of packaging and printing. Based on CCD (Charge Coupled Device) detection, it changes the dot area to realize hidden information embedding into the halftone image which generated by own separate color program. After print and scan, CCD gain the scan image, combined with program to realize information extracting. The experiment results show that: this method has high speed and accuracy in embedding and extracting information. The function of prevent copy is good. This method can be widely used in packaging and printing anti-counterfeiting.
