Contact resistance is one of the key parameters of main bus bar. The bus performance is decided by the value of Contact resistance. By test of the typical rectangular copper bus-bar, it is analyzed that the effects of force on DC contact resistance. The results show that metal surface contact resistance decreases with the increment of pressure. The resistance is mental nature property, which is determined by material’s performance. At the same time the effect of contact distance is studied in detail.
Health management is the primary technical approach to ensure the safety and reliablity in aircraft. The degradation process of Mechanical Electrical and Hydraulic Integration (MEHI) systems have the characteristics of the hybrid system. In this paper, we firstly review the research on the hybrid systems in recent years, then based on the hybrid system theory , present the fault diagnosis and prediction for MEHI system in aircraft. Lastly proposes a fusion method for predicting the failure time based on the data-driven and system physical characteristics.
Firstly the margin-detection methods commonly used are presented in this paper. The algorithm idea is that the edge points correspond to the local maximal points of original image’s gray-level gradient. These algorithms are very sensitive to noises if these images mixed much noise, which usually leads to wrongly detect noise points as marginal points, and the real edge can not be detected as the interference action of noise. However, we perform kinds of pretreatments on these images under the MATLAB environment and adequately make use of the functions of image processing toolbox to satisfy the need of edge detection. Lastly, Combined with practical examples, the specific application of MATLAB in edge detection is analyzed in detail.
The information organization and expression is a key issue for the Augmented Reality Maintenance Guiding System(ARMGS). In this paper, we firstly build up the relationship between the aircraft maintenance manual, EBOM figure and virtual prototype data , then construct a prototype of Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM). The system can convert the aircraft virtual prototype data to the required information for augmented reality maintenance guiding system, based on the information, the prototype can be rapidly and lifelikely displayed. The system proposed in this paper significantly improves the quality and effectiveness of modeling.
