Based on the basis of previous relevant research of compemtence, according to the characteristics of family enterprises , this paper uses the behavioral event interview and questionnaire , constructs a basic theoretical competence model of human resources managers in Chinese family enterprises .The model is made of four parts: functional management ability , interpersonal skills, personality and unique ability about family enterprises.
