The tea plant ( Camellia sinensis ) is an evergreen woody plant with a high economic value. Guangxi Province is adjacent to the origin center of the tea plant in southern China. It has abundant germplasm resources and is a historically important tea-producing province. However, there is little information about the genetic diversity, genetic introgression, and fingerprints of the tea germplasms from Guangxi Province. Here, we constructed a phylogenetic tree of 126 tea accessions from Guangxi Province using 20 SSR markers. This tree classified these tea accessions into three subgroups containing 19, 47, and 60 members, respectively. High genetic similarity was observed among the three subgroups, and the genetic diversity of the populations was ranked as follows: subgroup 3 > subgroup 2 > subgroup 1. Furthermore, we analyzed the genetic relationships among 168 tea accessions from Guangxi Province and neighboring provinces. The results of the population structure analysis were highly consistent with the clustering results, and genetic introgression was observed. We identified six SSRs as the core marker set, because they could sufficiently distinguish between all 126 tea accessions. The results provide a crucial theoretical basis for utilization and protection of tea germplasms from Guangxi Province, and will help improve the breeding and popularization of elite tea cultivars.
Compulsory licensing for drug patents is of great significance to ensure the accessibility of drugs. Although the development of China's compulsory licensing system for drug patents has been gradually improved, there are still problems. For example, the scope of the object is not realistic, the setting of the initiating subject is unreasonable, the reasons for issuance are not clear, the duration and scope of the license are not refined, and the provisions on the exploitation fee are missing. Consequently, in order to improve China's compulsory licensing system for drug patents, it is necessary to expand reasonably the scope of the object, remove the restrictions on the initiating subject, adjust the initiating rights of different subjects, determine the duration and scope of the license and the applicability of the hearing on a case-by-case basis, and determine a reasonable exploitation fee by taking into account the national income, patent cost, market share and other factors, in consideration of the flexibly international norms and the actual situation in China.
The article analyzes the results of interdisciplinary research that includes exploration of similarities and differences in the systems of values of school students in two rapidly developing countries, which have identical problems and achievements in the field of education. The purpose of research is to determine the extent of collectivist and individualistic traits in the public consciousness of schoolchildren between the two countries, taking into account the influence of developmental trends of modern society and the system of general secondary education. Topicality of addressing the problem of increasing the level of spiritual development of young students is raised by a wide range of domestic and foreign experts. It often focuses attention on objective inevitability of channeling the work of school facilities towards practical activities of school teachers that in the eyes of young people restores traditional values that define the continuity of people's culture, play central part in shaping humanistic qualities of a person of the younger generation. The article highlights the main trends in the formation of the system of values of modern school students, their likes, and cultural preferences, indicating a ratio of individualist and collectivist culture features at a particular stage of development of society, the similarities and differences in the value consciousness of school students in the two countries. The authors support the idea of the development by modern school of a communitarian personality type that combines essential quality of individualist and collectivist culture". Keywords: "Values of young people, system of value of school students, activities in the educational sphere, humanistic personality, value consciousness of an individual, communitarian personality type, individualist and collectivist type of culture".
