ABSTRACTThe purpose of the research was to determine the influence of conflict management styles on performance in the primary educational institutions of the state sector of the city of Puno in 2010. evasion, compulsive, helpful, collaborative and committed. The type of research was basic, with a non-experimental transectional correlational design of cause and effect. It has a sample of 8 directors and 77 teachers, from a population of 20 directors and 405 teachers. To verify the truth or hypothesis of the hypothesis, the statistical design of the Chi Chi (X2) was applied. The results of the research show that conflict management styles significantly influence teacher performance; thus the style of evasion obtained a value of the Calculated Chi-Chi 19.03; the compulsive style reached a value of 22.64; the helpful style a value of 25.04; the style of the collaboration had a value of 23.61; and the commitment style obtained a value of 17.66; in all cases these values exceed the tabulated Chi Square which is 15.5. The research allows us to conclude that there is a significant influence of the conflict management patterns in the teaching performance through the statistical test of the calculated Chi-square value (44.65) higher than the value of the tabulated Chi-square (26.30) .
