This Paper aims to analyze tourism attractions in developing Mandeh Tourism in Pesisir Selatan District, West Sumatra Province. Data collected from 5 interviewed data sources and 93 respondents using a questionnaire. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods and SWOT analysis supported by quantitative data in the form of questionnaire data processed using excel. Based on this research, an analysis of tourism attractions in developing tourism is obtained from the elements of attractions: natural beauty, culture and history. By carrying out an analysis (SWOT) to find out what has the potential for tourism attractions in developing the Mandeh Tourism object in Pesisir Selatan Regency.
The community service activity aims to provide training and assistance to members of the Paingan Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in making tour packages in the tourist village of Nagari Guguak Kuranji Hilir, Padang Pariaman Regency. This activity was carried out using the method of lectures, discussions and practice of making tour packages by Pokdarwis members totaling 10 people, located at the office of the Wali Nagari Guguak Kuranji Hilir, Padang Pariaman Regency. The result of this activity is the increase in knowledge and skills of Pokdarwis Paingan members in terms of designing and making tour packages based on the potential in their area and the production of a tour package entitled "Sahari di Paingan". Furthermore, the team also provided assistance to Pokdarwis members through the Whatsapp Group media to provide motivation and direction in creating other tour packages by empowering the tourism potential of Nagari Guguak Kuranji Hilir.
