Сравнительный анализ различных методов диагностики многоузлового зоба определил приоритет прицельной тонкои-гольной биопсии и цитологического исследования каждого из узлов. Органосохраняющие резекции щитовидной железы оказались адекватными только при поражении одной доли коллоидным пролиферирующим зобом или фолликулярной опухолью, в том числе в рамках сочетанных форм. Предложенная модель выбора эндоскопической хирургической так-тики позволила получить лучшие косметические результаты, не жертвуя объемом операции при различных вариантах патологии щитовидной железы. Ключевые слова: заболевания щитовидной железы, хирургическое лечение.Comparative analysis of different methods of multinodular goiter diagnosis identified priority of fine-needle aspiration biopsy with subsequent cytologic examination of each node. Organ preserving thyroid resection appeared to be adequate only in case of unilobar colloid proliferating goiter or follicular tumor including combined lesions. Proposed model of choice of endoscopic surgical approach allowed receiving better cosmetic results not sacrificing extent of surgery for different types of thyroid pathology.
A comparative analysis of the results of surgical treatment of 75 patients with toxic diffuse goiter and nodular goiter forms, including by means of endovideo-surgical equipment. The direct results of conservative therapy and its economic component were studied, the consequences of radioiodine treatment with the development of indications and contraindications to such treatment were estimated. Quantitative and qualitative assessment of major complications arising from the various surgical interventions on the thyroid gland and while the treatment by radioactive iodine was performed.
Phlegmon of a neck represents the serious illness which is characterized by development of the poured pyoinflammatory process in the cells spaces with fast distribution of purulent zatek that is caused by anatomic features. The clinical picture of a disease doesn’t allow to establish prevalence of pathological process in the preoperative period very often, and a large number of important anatomic formations don’t allow to sanify the center single-stages. The clinical supervision with option of treatment of the patient and a positive outcome is given in article.
