The article determines the influence of distance learning on the development of physical qualities of students of higher education institutions. It was found that during the period of training using online technologies, there is a rapid decrease in the level of physical fitness of students of higher education. In the course of the research, we used theoretical methods, in particular, the analysis and generalization of methodological, psychological-pedagogical and educational-methodical literature, which made it possible to study modern approaches to determining the level of development of physical qualities of participants in the educational process, in the conditions of distance learning; empirical: surveying students of higher education institutions to find out their motivational priorities. It has been established that distance learning has a negative effect on the development of physical qualities. Hypodynamia has a particularly adverse effect on the growth of young organisms. A large number of students have insufficient motor activity. At the same time, some students enjoy sports, the level of which requires them to perform relatively high volumes and intensities of physical activity. Therefore, the task of determining the optimal, as well as the minimum and maximum possible modes of motor activity arises. Motor activity has always been the most important link in the adaptation of living organisms to the environment, and in the process of evolution it was formed as a biological human need along with the needs for food, water, self-preservation and reproduction
The article reveals the peculiarities of the formation of information and communication competence among students of higher education in physical education classes. The influence of physical education on its effectiveness on the development of competences has been revealed. . The analysis of literary sources showed the presence of a whole range of competences, each of which is a set of individual abilities, abilities and skills, and, at the same time, an organic component of the formation of the personality of students of higher education. Thus, the educational process in institutions of higher education is aimed at the development of a competency-based approach to learning, taking into account the requirements of modern society. Scientists from all over the world distinguish a number of competencies for personality development. Each of them on the one hand, it has a highly specialized orientation, and on the other hand, it acts as a complex element of formation of a competent, objectively thinking, creative personality. The information processes of the third millennium gave rise to the formation of a list of competencies students have the ability to use technology, to be part of a computerized society – competence in information and communication technologies. It, in turn, is a multi-component education that accumulates theoretical knowledge with its practical implementation. The technologies of tomorrow do not need millions of people ready to work in unison on endlessly monotonous jobs, not people who follow orders without blinking. The concepts of "competence" and "competence approaches" are revealed.
The purpose of the work: to reveal the peculiarities of the use of innovative approaches during physical education classes in the conditions of distance learning. Methodology: theoretical research methods were used, in particular, analysis and generalization of methodological, psychological-pedagogical and educational-methodical literature, which made it possible to study modern innovations that are used in physical education classes in institutions of higher education in the conditions. Scientific novelty: it has been proven that the use of innovative approaches in physical education classes during distance learning has a positive effect on the motor activity of students, and the methods used in physical education classes, which require the student to perform practical work directly (techniques of sports games, cyclic types of sports, etc.), motivate students to perform physical exercises and are effective in distance learning. Conclusions: thus, as a result of the analysis of literary sources and the practical experience of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports, it was found that the use of innovative approaches during online physical education classes have a positive effect on the motor activity of students and motivation for physical education. The scientific article presents the modern characteristics and experience of using innovative educational technologies in the physical education of students. The organizational and methodological features of the use of interactive learning methods for the formation of students' knowledge of the discipline "Physical Education" in higher education institutions are revealed. It was determined that during combined training, it is effective to use and implement modern forms of organizing motor activity outside classroom time, i.e., various sports master classes, physical culture and health quests, trainings, challenges, flash mobs, marathons, battle fests for students of various specialties taking into account the requirements of the future profession.
