The paper shows results of numerical and biological model studies related to a new inverse computation approach in electrocardiography. The method is based on linear prediction, which ables to select the diagnostically informative moments from the heart electric activation. Information content of the measured body surface potential field at these moments are much higher than at the other ones, so the algorithm can be ranged among the feature extraction methods as well.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
