Les leçons à tirer de ces expériences pour appuyer les décisions appuyées sur le potentiel de recherche et donner tout le temps au débat public. En mettant l’accent sur la définition des processus par étapes, sur la clarté des rôles respectifs des différents acteurs publics et privés pour que soient prises des décisions crédibles aux yeux de l’opinion publique.
