Nous voici venus au temps des incertitudes. Nos vues se sont obscurcies, il nous faut revoir clair et dessiner un nouveau projet pour nos villes et nos territoires. C’est possible si nous savons écouter et comprendre les attentes de nos concitoyens. Nous devons aller vers un modèle universel de développement. Son succès tiendra à la redistribution des pouvoirs à tous les échelons. La commune et la Région seront les références permanentes pour guider l’action dans ce renversement des politiques. Mais nous sommes attachés à notre République qui repose sur la justice, la sécurité, l’éducation, la santé… L’État est ici en première ligne.
