Construction organizations need to not only monitor employees' safety performance, but also to assess their employees' psychological well-being. Promoting a positive safety climate together with developing training programs focusing on improving employees' psychological health - especially post-trauma psychological health - can improve the safety performance of an organization.
With the characteristics of large scale, long construction period, a large numbers of participating units and complex management interfaces in large-scale construction projects, it is very important to draw up the appropriate work schedule to realize the objectives of project progress for the large-scale construction projects. On the basis of analysis of the characteristics of large-scale construction projects and the defects of traditional schedule establishment, this paper presents the method of comprehensive work plan of the large-scale construction projects and sets up a three-dimensional structure model from the aspects of project organizations, project processes and project components. Finally, taking a large-scale multi-model transportation hub as an example, the author makes an empirical analysis as to the three-dimensional structure model of comprehensive work plan.
