Introduction: Long-distance running is a typical physical endurance sport. The athletes’ fitness level plays a dominant and central role in the components of their competitive ability. Whether long-distance runners can win in fierce competition depends mainly on the endurance of their physical fitness. Objective: To analyze the physical training methods of long-distance runners and discuss the improvement of speed and strength of long-distance runners through physical training. Methods: This paper uses literature materials, expert interviews, and experimental methods to research the training practice of middle and long-distance runners in colleges and universities. The data collected comprised an experimental protocol performed on volunteer long-distance runners. The above research determined the effect of physical training on speed and strength in long-distance runners. Results: After the 12-week experimental intervention, the overall strength, flexibility, and flexibility of the long-distance runners were improved, and the data were statistically significant (P<0.05). The aerobic workability and anaerobic capacity of the athletes were improved through the experiment. Conclusion: Physical training can improve the speed and strength of long-distance runners. Athletes can increase physical training with this protocol in their daily training. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment outcomes.
Introduction: Handball is a competitive sport with high demands on the physical fitness of its athletes, being physical exercise demands continuous quality improvement of its practitioners. Objective: Explore the effect of high-intensity interval training on physical fitness in young handball players. Methods: In this paper, 46 young handball players were randomly selected for the research. The volunteers were randomly divided into two different groups: the experimental group and the control group. The control group mainly performed regular physical exercises. While the experimental group performed a protocol with high-intensity interval training. Both groups underwent a basic fitness test before and after the experiment. All experimental data were statistically analyzed and discussed. Results: After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, the experimental group showed significant differences in three items, namely reentry sensitivity, vertical jump, and long position jump (P<0.05). In the comparison between the groups, the scores in straight thrust and long jump were also significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: High-intensity interval training proved effective in improving young handball players’ physical fitness. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment outcomes.
Objective. This study uses statistics to analyze the diagnostic significance of ultrasonic exploration for rotator cuff injuries. Methods. For this study, 50 patients with rotator cuff injury or shoulder impingement syndrome admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the targets of this discussion. The general clinical materials of the patients were retrospectively analyzed, and ultrasound was performed for them. The results of the examination and arthroscopy are compared with the final pathological results. Results. The diagnostic sensitivity of ultrasound in the diagnosis of partial rupture and complete rupture of the supraspinatus tendon was 100%, and the specificity was 55.55%. The diagnostic sensitivity of partial rupture and complete rupture of the subscapular tendon was 100%, and the specificity was 42.8%; there was no significant difference compared with the joint mirror examination, and there was no statistical significance. Conclusion. The thesis adopts ultrasound exploration for patients with rotator cuff injuries with high diagnostic sensitivity. It is a reliable and effective clinical diagnosis method, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
Introduction: The formation and propagation of pulse waves are mainly accomplished by coordinating the heart and the vascular system. The contraction and relaxation of the heart are the sources of pulse waves. The aorta vibrates regularly as the heart contracts. This vibration propagates forward along the elastic blood vessel to form a pulse wave. The pulse wave contains very rich physiological and pathological information about the cardiovascular system. If there is a problem with the heart's structure, it can cause abnormal pulse waveforms. Objective: This article analyzes pulse waveform changes and blood flow during high-intensity interval training. It combines the test results to guide the exercise rehabilitation treatment of patients with chronic diseases. Methods: Pulse waves were collected from subjects under different exercise loads and the characteristics of pulse wave parameters under intermittent exercise were studied. Results: An athlete's pulse wave response is different in the case of high-intensity intermittent exercise. There are differences in the cardiovascular response of patients with different body weights. Conclusion: High-intensity interval training can improve the cardiovascular function of patients with chronic diseases and affect their pulse waveform. Introduction The technique in the shot put and the ability in the throwing stage are two important factors that determine the ability of athletes. Qualified experts and coaches attach great importance to training and research on the ability of the throwing stage and the ability to throw. Objective Compare gravity load training and single incremental load training through practical means, analyzing the impacts on throwing ability in athletes. Methods The self-assessment method was used to conduct the comparative experiment on different forms of strength training in 20 college students. The experimental scheme adopts the single incremental load strength training, and the control scheme adopts the traditional barbell training. Results : After the experiment, the hand angle of group I was significantly higher than that of group II (P < 0.05); after the experiment, the shoulder angle of group I was significantly higher than that of group II (P < 0.05); after the experiment, the performance of the seated shot placed in group I was significantly higher than that of group II (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in the standing performance (P > 0.05). Conclusion Single incremental load training can significantly improve the throwing ability of shot put athletes. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment outcomes.
Introduction: In training, fatigue and recovery are antagonistic factors. Physical rehabilitation of athletes and elimination of sports fatigue have gradually become essential factors in improving competitiveness. Muscle relaxation exercises can reduce badminton players' physical effort, allowing them to recover quickly. Objective: Analyze muscle relaxation's effect on fatigue relief until the normalization of physical strength in badminton players. Methods: Twelve badminton players were grouped in cross-sectional tests. During the three weeks of physical training, players performed two training methods: muscle relaxation and complete rest. Laboratory analysis encompassed blood biomarkers such as urea and creatine kinase. Data were collected before and after the interventions, confronted, and studied mathematically and statistically. Results: The proportions of leukocytes and lymphocytes in the muscle relaxation group after resistance exercise were lower than before. The decrease of morning leukocytes in the muscle relaxation group on the second day was less than in the resting group. The recovery effect of the lymphocyte ratio was also better. After special strength training, the value of creatine kinase was significantly higher than before exercise in both the muscle relaxation group and the complete rest group. Conclusion: Muscle relaxation can reduce exercise fatigue in badminton players. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment outcomes.
Football sports can easily lead to a calf strain and tendon damage. To this end, we explored the therapeutic effect of sodium hyaluronate biomaterial-assisted micro-suturing in treating calf tendon injury after football sports. Given this, we will group the patients to compare the test and conduct the efficacy analysis. One group was sutured by ordinary microsurgery. The other was sutured and combined with sodium hyaluronate treatment. The study found that there were statistical differences in tendon recovery between the two groups of patients. Sodium hyaluronate biomaterial can improve the treatment effect of calf tendon injury in football sports. This biological material is worthy of clinical application.
