The reliability of a building, as regulated by law, is an indicator of its ability to provide safety for its occupants. In order to map the potential risks of residential buildings, a survey was conducted to assess the reliability of 94 residential units in the Batukasur village, Batulayang village, Cisarua district, based on building reliability criteria. This location was chosen due to its hilly geographic conditions and the fact that the houses were self-built by residents. The method used was a questionnaire, which was used by students to observe and interview residents to obtain information describing the level of building reliability. The results of the observation showed that the reliability level of the residential buildings reached 3.66, which is between poor and good. The lowest value was the accessibility level, which reached 3.48, while the highest was health, with a value of 3.88 on a scale of 1-5. These conditions indicate that the residential conditions are relatively good, but the low accessibility level should be noted, as it can limit mobility during the evacuation process. This condition is closely related to the level of resident participation and knowledge of disasters. Furthermore, the mapping results can be used as information for the village regarding the level of building reliability.
In line with the growing of construction technology, various studies have been carried out related to concrete construction materials. One of main material in concrete is portland cement. Usage of slag powder is one of the innovation in concrete material technology. This research was intended to determine the increase in compressive strength of concrete with added material substitution of slag powder against groundwater, seawater and non curing curing methods. Substitution of slag powder with a proportion of 10%, 20%, and 30% by weight of cement. The concrete test results with varying levels of slag powder substitution mixture as described previously, obtained the highest compressive strength value of 49.89 MPa, which occurred in the concrete mixture with 10% slag powder substitution. The compressive strength test which meet the high quality concrete criteria (fc 50 concrete) is a freshwater-cured concrete with a compressive strength value of 50.65 MPa at the age of 28 days and a seawater-cured concrete with a compressive strength value of 51.31 MPa in the concrete age of 56 days. While the concrete sample without curing treatment has a compressive strength value below 50 MPa.
Sebagai organisasi kemasyarakatan, Rukun Warga (RW) memiliki peran penting dalam menghubungkan kegiatan warga dengan Pemerintah Kelurahan. Pemilihan Ketua RW 011 Kelurahan Jatijajar dilakukan karena masa jabatan berakhir bulan Desember 2022. Panitia dibentuk secara musyawarah pengurus RT dan RW kemudian dimintakan Keputusan Lurah sebagai pengesahan. Selanjutnya Panitia melaksakan prosedur pemilihan sesuai Peraturan Wali Kota No 13 Tahun 2021 yang mengatur tata cara pemilihan lembaga kemasyarakatan dan menetapkan masa jabatan satu periode selama 5 tahun.. Dalam peraturan tersebut salah satu syarat untuk dicalon Ketua RW adalah tidak aktif atau memiliki afiliasi keanggotaan suatu partai politik tertentu. Setelah dilakukan tahap-tahap yang disepakati berdasarkan rapat-rapat panitia dan mengacu pada landasan hukum yang berlaku maka diputuskan pengukuhan kembali Ketua RW petahana untuk menjabat pada periode 2022-2027. Partisipasi warga cukup baik dan antusias dalam mendukung pelaksanaan pemilihan. Tidak adanya calon baru untuk dipilih menjadi Ketua RW disebabkan beberapa tokoh masyarakat dan warga yang potensial untuk dicalonkan sudah menjadi anggota partai politik.
