This study examines the effect of Islamic Work Ethic (IWE) and Ethical Climate (EC) on Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB). The sample was 115 employees of Islamic financial institutions in Lampung, Indonesia. The analysis shows that IWE has a negative effect on CWB, EC also has a negative effect on CWB. This finding shows that CWB can be reduced by IWE and EC. EC influence is slightly higher than IWE shows that although IWE plays a good role in reducing CWB, the role of the ethical climate in the organization has slightly greater in reducing CWB.
The objectives to be achieved in this study are to analyze (1) descriptive results of accreditation throughout Depok's early childhood education centers in 2018; (2) the results of the distribution of accreditation throughout Depok's early childhood education centers in 11 districts; (3) the results of accreditation based on the length of the school's establishment, land area, and accreditation experience in each kindergarten program. This study uses a mix method research approach with critical analysis methods and library methods, so as to present quantitative data simply and describe it in qualitative data. The findings are as follows: (1) The number of accredited institutions is still dominated by early childhood education centers with TK programs, namely 97 institutions out of 186 institutions that participate in accreditation or as much as 52% of the total early childhood education centers that participate in accreditation; (2) There is an inequality in the number of accredited institutions in 11 districts in Depok; and (3) High and low accreditation scores do not always relate to the length of standing, land area and experience of institutions in implementing accreditation.
Stunting is a growth and development problem in children that can result in morbidity, mortality, and decreased motor development. The incidence of stunting is often found in conditions that lack energy intake. Jember is the district with the highest stunting incidence rate in the East Java region in 2020. The working area of the Kaliwates Jember Health Center has a stunting rate of around 460 at the age of 24-72 months. This research was observational with cross sectional approach. Taking non-random sampling of respondents using the N formula so that a sample of 82 was obtained and using statistical analysis using Chi Square. The results of data analysis of nutritional status with stunting in toddlers obtained a value (p value = 0.04) = 0.05, which means that there was a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of stunting. The conclusion of this study is that there is a high incidence of stunting in the work area of the Kaliwates Health Center in 2020 which has poor nutritional status and has a close relationship between these variables. Suggestions for parents to be able to maintain the health of toddlers as an effort to prevent and overcome stunting in toddlers.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
