Filariasis adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan infeksi cacing filaria, ditularkan melalui gigitan nyamuk yang menimbulkan pembengkakan pada tangan, kaki, glandula mamae, dan skrotum, serta dapat menimbulkan kecacatan seumur hidup apabila tidak mendapatkan pengobatan. Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah tercatat 193 kasus pada tahun 2021 dan kasus paling banyak terdapat di kecamatan dolo barat kabupaten sigi dengan kasus tertinggi yaitu 14 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor Risiko Kejadian Filariasis Di Kecamatan Dolo Barat Kabupaten Sigi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan desain case control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini masyarakat penderita filariasis berjumlah 12 kasus (dengan maching golongan umur dan jenis kelamin 1:2) control berjumlah 24 orang, sehingga sampel berjumlah 36 orang. Analisis data secara chi-square untuk melihat odds ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rumah rapat nyamuk Odds Ratio=9.308>1, keberadaan habitat nyamuk nilai Odds Ratio=1.185>1, perilaku keluar rumah pada malam hari nilai Odds Ratio=2.333>1, dan penggunaan kelambu pada malam hari nilai Odds Ratio=7.000>1 merupakan faktor risiko kejadian filariasis. Kesimpulan bahwa variabel rumah rapat nyamuk, keberadaan habitat nyamuk, perilaku keluar rumah pada malam hari, dan penggunaan kelambu pada malam hari merupakan faktor risiko kejadian filariasis Saran diharapkan Bagi puskesmas kaleke agar Melaksanakan upaya pengendalian nyamuk vektor filariasis, mengembangkan pesan promosi yang mendukung peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku masyarakat dalam upaya eliminasi filariasis.
