The article deals with the study of the problem of determining the integration of higher education in Ukraine with the institutions of the environment in order to harmonize it with the EU educational space to increase the competitiveness of national education and provide a reliable basis for knowledge economy in Ukraine. The research develops a thesis on the understanding of a modern higher education institution as a center for the acquisition and development of professional knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies, as well as a bearer of national traditions. The necessity of development of domestic education on the basis of results of the comparative analysis of positions in the world rating of Ukraine with Poland on the basis of values of indices of level of education, globalization, competitiveness and knowledge economy is substantiated. The development of globalization of higher education in Ukraine is a strategic task and a need for appropriate scientific, practical and conceptual foundations. Based on the results of the study, emphasis is placed on the strategic role and functions of higher education institutions in the processes of globalization of the educational space. In order to identify ways to gain best practices in providing educational services and improve the quality of knowledge and professional skills of graduates, the prerequisites for the need to integrate the education sector of Ukraine with the European space are analyzed. The state of implementation of strategies of integration of domestic institutions of higher education with institutions of external environment in the directions of their integration is investigated: with institutions of academic science; with foreign partners; with corporate sector entities. A retrospective analysis of the preconditions for the integration of Ukraine's education with the European educational space was conducted and a number of problems that need to be addressed were noted. The obtained results allowed to form the author's vision of the role of education in the formation of the knowledge economy in Ukraine and to determine the directions of its improvement by harmonization with the educational space of the EU.
One of the most strategic features of a modern enterprise is the flexibility of its management system and the ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions. Recently, the problem of change management in the enterprise is becoming relevant. This is due to the fact that changes are a comprehensive phenomenon and have a significant impact on economic activity in general and on business conditions. Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise management is not possible without the introduction of changes in activities and management technology. In the article it is offered to plan process of management of changes at the enterprise on the basis of an estimation of efficiency of system of social and economic methods of management. Theoretical and methodical provisions are developed and the methodical approach to substantiation of necessity of introduction of changes at the industrial enterprise is developed. Theoretical bases of change management at the enterprise are expanded by the developed scheme of integration of set of changes in the directions of activity of the enterprise with system of social and economic methods of management and functions of management. Practical testing of the proposed methodological approach according to the statistics of Ukrainian industry for 2008-2019, allowed to determine the priority of improving socio-economic methods of management of industrial enterprises and personnel on the basis of calculated mathematical models of potential functions of each management system and defined levels of their integrated indicators. The calculated values of the potential functions of the effectiveness of economic management methods indicate the need for changes in the system of incentives for success. The urgent need of domestic industry in the renewal of fixed assets and the development of innovation is also substantiated. The obtained results of the research allowed to substantiate the directions of activity of the enterprise, the implementation of changes to which is a priority in order to increase the efficiency of industrial enterprises.
Modern economic science in Ukraine and in the world is established to be concerned with the private issues of the development of productive forces on a local scale or in a sectoral section. Hence, sociality, as an economic category, is considered by individual scientists as the human essence of an individual, which veils the acuteness of class contradictions in the conditions of the modern human community. Sociality has been established to be a quantitative measure of production relations, which is expressed by the proportions of the distribution of the results of social labor among wage workers and entrepreneurs, on the basis of which the ratio of the measure of labor and the measure of consumption is determined. The World Bank’s methodology for rating the level of sociality by eighteen relative indicators, such as the level of happiness and others, as well as by the level of national income, which averages inter-class income and hides its apologetic essence, is critically reviewed. Sociality is proved to be an economic category of a class society and represents a quantitatively expressed production relationship, established according to the proportions of the distribution of the results of social labor between employees and entrepreneurs. Ways of social transformation of the world are considered against the background of such unresolved problems of our time as the exhaustion of the natural resources of our planet, the progressive growth of population, the internationalization of the Earth’s peoples and their borders, as well as balanced GDP growth and scientifically based needs of people. A new methodological approach to the quantitative assessment of the laws of social transformation of humanity in the third millennium has been proposed, taking into account the indices of socialization and capitalization of the world community, based on the structure of the labor potential. Examples of calculations based on indicators of Ukraine for 2015-2017 are given.
The article proposes the substantiation of the need for further development of social entrepreneurship through the analysis of logically interrelated concepts: "social problem", "social need", "social value" and "social effect". An analysis of European experience in the evolution of social entrepreneurship and a brief description of its development in Ukraine. The conceptual apparatus has been improved and the author's definition of the essence of the concept of "social entrepreneurship" has been proposed. The author proposes to define it as an innovative type of economic activity to fulfill a strategic social mission by solving social problems and meeting the social needs of the target group of society, the result of which is the creation of measurable social value and social effect. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the subject field of research for the idea of creating social entrepreneurship forms a set of social problems in society, which determine the relevant to certain living conditions system of social needs of society. The subject field of research of prospects of development of social business is offered to define set of social problems of a society, factors of their formation and consequences of their existence. It is proved that the search for ways to solve social problems of society is a necessary condition for ensuring its socio-economic development, and social entrepreneurship, in turn, is one of the tools to overcome them. A separate set of possible before the formation of social values as a general result of social entrepreneurship is the basis for determining the possible social effect, the achievement of which will be real in the successful planning of social business. Theoretical bases of understanding the content of social entrepreneurship on the basis of the developed structural scheme of interrelations of its basic categories are expanded. Practical approbation of the proposed structural scheme will allow to develop a number of management decisions on the basis of results of thorough researches of all spheres of origin of business idea from the analysis of social problems to the formed social mission. The obtained results allowed to form the author's vision of the essence of social entrepreneurship through a number of categories and the existing logical connection between them.
Стаття присвячена інтенсифікації теоретичних та практичних основ формування дієвої та дієвої системи методів управління промисловими підприємствами в Україні. Автори обґрунтовують необхідність вдосконалення системи управління підприємствами у формуванні економіки знань. У статті пропонується визначити ефективність методів управління підприємствами на основі положень кількісного та системного підходу до сучасного управління. У статті автори розглядають підприємство як відкриту систему, що стала основою для представлення його структури управління як системи методів управління (адміністративних, економічних та соціально-психологічних) із переліком показників для оцінки їх ефективності та ефективність. Метою статті є активізація теоретико-методологічних положень щодо розробки комплексу методів управління на промислових підприємствах для забезпечення результативності та результативності управління ними. Інтегрований показник комплексної ефективності застосування економічних методів управління промисловими підприємствами розраховується за методом інтегральної оцінки потенціалу багатовимірного динамічного об'єкта. Результати дослідження показують, що показник комплексної ефективності методів соціально-економічного управління визначається методами розрахунку сукупних (інтегральних) показників. База дослідження сформована за статистичними даними промисловості України на 2010-2020 роки. Результати дослідження представлені у вигляді математичних моделей потенційних функцій ефективності та результативності системи економічних методів управління підприємством та її складових підсистем стимулювання успіху та фінансово-економічного управління, а також їх інтегрованих показників. Автори обґрунтовують доцільність реалізації управлінських рішень у системі економічних методів управління промисловими підприємствами, виходячи з частки показників у цільовому значенні потенційної функції. Доведено необхідність розвитку системи управління персоналом та інноваційної діяльності підприємства в умовах формування економіки знань.
