Determinación y distribución de tamaño de partículas inorgánicas mediante la deconvolución espectral de la banda de resonancia del plasmón superficial
ResumenPalabras claves La determinación del tamaño de partículas es una de las principales propiedades en la caracterización de nanopartículas metálicas (NPMs). Los métodos habituales son de alto costo, como TEM que utiliza diferentes descriptores para determinar el tamaño, u ofrecen una medida indirecta basada en alguna propiedad de las NPMs, como lo es DLS que requiere del coeficiente de difusión. Por otro lado, la resonancia del plasmón superficial (RPS) es una propiedad óptica de las NPMs, de gran importancia en fotónica, que depende del tamaño, forma, distancia interpartícula y la naturaleza tanto del metal como del medio.
