Objective: the primary purpose of the work is to study the role of organisational culture of the modern Ukrainian university in the process of formation of psychological readiness of students to assertive behaviour. Background: Scientific and public discussion about reforming the system of higher education requires deeper research of the influence of university organisational culture on forming not only professional but also personal skills and abilities that make this research relevant. Method:The selection has 180 respondents from all departments and institutions of university and has been balanced by gender and age. This was the psychosemantic research. Results: To collect the data, suggestions regarding resistance to undesirable influence were used developed by P. Zimbardo and S. Andersen, ten assertive rules of personality developed by M.J. Smith and the author's survey "Confession of a sad student". Obtained data were represented using the factor analysis. Assumptions concerning the normal distribution were checked using the statistical criteria of Bartlett of the mathematical, statistical package SPSS 14. Conclusion:The obtained factor structure showed that it is possible to speak of domination in the student environment of the tendency to immature self-affirmation along with a readiness to conquer that can be explained by the inadequate conditions of organisational culture to form assertiveness of student.
Science still does not have a single scientifically sound concept of mental deprivation, which would explain its psychological essence, this mental phenomenon cannot be adequately assessed, or measures to prevent or eliminate negative mental phenomena it provoked cannot be developed. The article aims to reveal the basic principles and substantiate the main provisions of the functional-procedural concept of mental deprivation. Psycho-energetic and energy-psycho-functional approaches were used, as well as methods of analysis, synthesis, abstraction, specification, comparison, generalisation, and grouping of knowledge about the human psyche. The functional-procedural concept of mental deprivation of humans covers an interconnected system of provisions. According to them, mental deprivation is a course of more or less powerful destructive processes in the functioning of his psyche. Such processes arose from the destruction of mental parameters in various areas due to long-term unfulfilling necessary for normal functioning and development. The development of a functional-procedural concept of mental deprivation of a human will make it possible, first, to adequately define its essence and content in the scientific dimension as a phenomenon of the psyche; secondly, to assess its impact on the functioning of the whole psyche; third, to disclose the impact on development or its delay, actions, behaviour, and activities of an individual; fourth, to develop psychotherapeutic measures to prevent the occurrence of mental deprivation and eliminate its negative consequences.
The relevance of the research is due to the need to initialize the cognitive activity of the psyche, eliminate internal obstacles and full use of its resources as well as ensure the assimilation of knowledge and skills. The article aims to reveal the essence and main aspects of psycho-cognitive human deprivation. Psycho-energetic and energeticpsycho-functional approaches were used. Within the framework of these approaches, the cognitive sphere through Psyprograms ensures the selection of information, and it is processing, the formation of the new mental, its transmission and use. Also, methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and grouping were used. The essence of psycho-cognitive human deprivation was revealed, which is the stagnation or destructive process of the cognitive sphere of the psyche caused by either under-development, social immaturity or destruction of certain parameters of cognitive processes or lack, absence or unreliability of knowledge; psycho-sensitive, abstract-mental and mnemonic derivations as subspecies of psychocognitive deprivation; some features of the operational and functional activity of the cognitive sphere of the psyche of a deprived person are found out. Revealing the essence of psycho-cognitive deprivation and the definition of its main aspects will allow to develop the measures aimed, first, at its elimination and prevention; second, the development of the cognitive sphere and the full use of its resources; third, development of psy-programs using the resources of the unconscious, subconscious, conscious and superconscious in order to search for the latest knowledge, discoveries and inventions.
The subject of this research work is psychic deprivation of a person. The methodological foundations of the study of psychic deprivation are the provisions on the dependence of mental states on the course of mental processes and the manifestation of mental properties and mental formations, the provisions on the regularities of the human psyche's functioning, on the dependence of the human's internal (psychic) on the external factors. The paper also speaks about the provisions on the functioning of the human psyche, which are presented in the energy conception of the psyche and the psychic. Namely, these provisions are about the human psyche as an independent individual holographic informational and energy formation; about the constant interaction of the psychoenergy of the external, the internal, and the internally internal psychic, as a result of which the external and internal worlds are reflected; about psy-programs as an instrument of operational and functional transformations and formations in the human psyche. The methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, abstraction and grouping of the available knowledge about psychic deprivation, the human psyche, and its activities are used. The objective of the scientific research is to identify how the notions of deprivation and psychic deprivation of a person are researched, to reveal and critically assess the approaches to their understanding and interpretation, to substantiate the essence and content of psychic deprivation from the standpoint of a psychic and functional approach. Seven approaches to the understanding and interpretation of deprivation and psychic deprivation of people are identified and substantiated, namely these are: the static psycho-permanent approach, deficiently-losing one, the approach of impoverished environment, deviant, negatively deterministic, of social exclusion, and psycho-emotional one.It is proved that from the standpoint of the psychic and energetic functional approach, psychological deprivation of a person, in its essence, means
