The development of the national economy and the increase of domestic enterprises competitiveness are associated with the transition to an innovative model of economic development. We proposed the structure of organizational and economic mechanism, which distinctive characteristic is the composition of the interaction process of subjects and objects of management. As subjects of management in mechanism we singled out three subsystems: functional, process and administrative which are the bases of innovative development. As a result of the research it is found that the process of innovative development management should be considered as a set of subprocesses series, reflecting the combination of the main stages of the innovation life cycle. We proposed scientific and methodical approach to evaluate the effectiveness of entities innovative development management, which allows us to assess their level of innovation and generate proposals for adjusting innovation strategy.
Today, digitalization is increasingly "capturing" the world economy. The inclusion of Russia in this trend is a matter of domestic companies maintaining their positions in the international arena. In the future, the creation of our own high-tech solutions will allow our country not only to win a competitive race in traditional markets, but also to reach new borders and take a leading position in the global market of complex systems and services of intellectual energy.
Energy security is today one of the most discussed event in international economic relations. It is being actively discussed by all governments and leading international organizations. There doesn't exist any universal definition of energy sector. In addition to the lack of such a universal definition, analysis of decisions in this area, one notices the lack of attention to such phenomena as risks in the energy sector, especially in the management of investment projects in the industry. For most industrial countries, energy insecurity means import dependency and aging infrastructure, while many emerging economies have additional vulnerabilities such as insufficient capacity, high energy intensity, and rapid demand growth. In many low-income countries, multiple vulnerabilities overlap, making them especially insecure.
Development of scientific and technical progress, introduction of new technologies promotes specialization and isolation of the highly professional service markets in economy. In power industry this market is the most natural object of development of the market relations. Nevertheless, today service structures carry out mainly internal orders on repair of the equipment of the power enterprises in the status of affiliated dependent or indirectly affiliated organizations. The principles of formation and transition to service considering a current state of power industry the main requirements imposed to service activity, her potential and providing balance of interests of market subjects are developed (commercial, reliability and energy efficiency). The main models of the organization of service are proved and recorded. The realized models of service will allow reaching a positive effect.
