Pentingnya modul dikembangkan dalam proses pembelajaran karena modul dapat memfasilitasi mahasiswa dalam belajar mandiri maupun tatap muka. Tujuan kegiatan penelitian pengembangan ini ialah menghasilkan suatu produk berupa paket modul pembelajaran berbentuk cetak untuk mata kuliah Energi Alternatif yang layak dan efektif digunakan pada proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang berorientasi pada produk dengan mengikuti alur model pengembangan Rowntree. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasional Teknik Elektro, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar mahasiswa yang belajar dengan sumber belajar modul meningkat secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Energi Alternatif, diperlukan modul pembelajaran berbentuk cetak. Modul pembelajaran yang dikembangkan, berdasarkan hasil validasi dari ahli materi, ahli media, dosen pengampu, dan uji lapangan kepada mahasiswa dinyatakan baik dan layak dimplementasikan untuk pembelajaran. Modul pembelajaran Energi Alternatif ini direkomendasikan untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran mata kuliah.
Analysis of the quality of learning is crucial in the teaching and learning process, to ensure the quality of learning is well maintained. Learning quality assurance instruments are one of the tools to improve quality in education through evaluations produced by studies of students. This research was conducted to test the quality of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to evaluate Internet-Based Distance Learning which was carried out during the Work From Home (WFH) period. The learning analysis step is carried out through 1) Formulation of the need for quality analysis of learning, 2) Compiling quality analysis instruments, 3) Distribution of questionnaires, 4) Data processing, 5) Data analysis and 6) Compilation of results. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis. The data that has been processed will then be analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods to find conclusions about the quality of learning in the Department of Electrical Engineering (JTE) during the 2020 pandemic. From the analysis, results obtained information that the Quality of Learning with Internet-Based Distance Learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic at JTE it can be said that it is good from a student's point of view, while from a lecturer's point of view, It can be concluded that online learning is very good. The implementation of this research is a consideration for JTE to improve the quality of Internet-Based Distance Learning
Indonesia is one of the largest crude palm oil (CPO) producing countries in the world and at the same time have experienced high levels of deforestation. The link between deforestation and expansion of oil palm plantation has been a source of controversy, which has been exacerbated by the lack of objective quantitative information on the nature of land use and land cover change and the expansion of oil palm plantations. This report provides an independent analysis of land use and land cover change for a broad range of land cover classes for five main Islands in Indonesia, namely Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua based on Landsat TM satellite images. Visual analysis and on screen digitizing methods were employed to create a nation-wide land cover classification that spans two decades (1990 to 2010). Three temporal epochs (1990 to 2000, 2000 to 2005 and 2005 to 2010) correspond to a period of time with significant changes in land cover and land uses in Indonesia. Expansion of oil palm plantation in Indonesia shows that most of the expansion exists as a follow on transition from disturbed forest (secondary forest), agricultural lands (mainly rubber plantation), and low biomass land cover types, including shrub land and grassland than formerly reported to be majority from undisturbed forest (primary forest).
Forest and land rehabilitation is very important, in order to ensure the needs of timber and also to improve environmental conditions. Up to now the success of land and forest rehabilitation is still very low. Therefore several efforts are needed, especially in trees species selection that will be developed including its land suitability. One approach is to determine the land suitability of tree species by conducting a study on trees that have potential and economic value, which is supported by its distribution in accordance with requirements of its growth. The economically valuable trees species were molded in digitized land suitability map. The purpose of this study was to provide a map of trees species suitability in Pemali Jratun Watershed, Central Java. Land Suitability maps were obtained by matching of all trees growth requirement, with soil, topographic and climate (precipitation) maps. It is expected that this information could be considered as a basis for developing policies and strategies especially for Pemali Jratun watershed rehabilitation.
