For an educator, learning media can be used as a tool to deliver materials that have been planned. Because one of the benefits of using learning media is to make it easier for an educator to explain the materials delivered so that learning objectives can be achieved. Moreover, with the Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID 19) pandemic, all school programs from the curriculum field will experience changes in learning.The change certainly leads to the Online Learning System. The pandemic requires all educators and students to enter the world of technology. One of the media that can be used in the online-based learning process, so that the learning objectives are achieved, namely interactive learning media based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In the process, ICT in a learning can be used for learning presentation media and self-learning media. The more advanced technology today, it becomes important for an educator to have a deep knowledge of information technology, so that it can be used as a medium of learning. The main objective in this study is to find out the influence of interactive learning media on learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used by researchers is an experimental method with pre-experimental design.Researchers use a quantitative approach. The data of pretest results showed that the learning outcomes of learners tend to be low.Then after treatment with the use of interactive learning media to students showed that there was an improvement in learning outcomes. This proves that the treatment used by using interactive learning media to improve learning outcomes is successful.
Aspek psikologi sangat mempengaruhi terhadap kehidupan seseorang dalam menjalankan kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu contoh aspek psikologi yang dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan sehari-hari yaitu minat.Sehingga tidak terpisahkan antara aspek psikologi dalamberolahraga.Minat dan partisipasi berolahraga berbeda antara budaya satu dengan yang lainnya. Setiap budaya memiliki norma atau aturan masing-masing yang mengatur kehidupan sosialnya, sehingga akan menciptakan lingkungan dan karakter individu yang berbeda. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan setiap individu mempunyai ciri khas sesuai dengan budayanya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji dan menganalisis minat partisipasi dalam olahraga ditinjau dari suku bangsa serta alasan memilih melakukan olahraga tertentu.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixedmethods yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan fenomelogis kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 300 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik pusposive sampling yang terdiri dari siswa bersuku Dayak, Banjar dan Jawa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis data model interaktif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Siswa yang bersuku Dayak lebih menyukai berpartisipasi dalam olahraga bolavoli.Selain itu renang merupakan olahraga rutin dalam sehari-hari karena tempat tinggal mereka yang berada di pinggiran sungai, (2) Siswa yang bersuku Banjar lebih menyukai berpartisipasi dalam olahraga bulutangkis.Karakter suku Banjar yang agamis menjadikan mereka juga suka terhadap olahraga yang ada unsur religius atau rohaninya yaitu kesenian beladiri, (3) Siswa yang bersuku Jawa lebih menyukai berpartisipasi dalam olahraga sepakbola. Selain itu olahraga pencak silat juga disukai, sebab menurut mereka olahraga tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai pegangan dan modal untuk melindungi diri sendiri dari kejahatan orang lain
Sport is a human physical activity in various ways he pleases. But this time, the sport is not only used as a community physical activity to nourish the body only but not least in some regions, and even the world makes the sport as an instrument to achieve specific goals. Because the sport is not only contributing to health, but exercise can also contribute to the strengthening of social values in society. The primary purpose of this study is to know about strengthening kinship ethnic groups through sport in the city of Palangka Raya. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were 1) observation, 2) interview, 3) focus group discussion (FGD), 4) documentation. The Stages methods in this study were (1) Invention (Pre-stage pitch), (2) Discovery (phase of fieldwork), (3) Interpretation (Phase Data Analysis), (4) Explanation (finalized). The results showed that). Sports activities serve to introduce the general public to the Batak culture overseas. b). Sports activities are used as drug homesick. c). More results from sporting activities obtained funds used for other activities d). Sports activities act as friendship among fellow students Batak on the ground overseas. e.) As a means of students to join the community or clan Punguan Batak.

For an athlete to get a complete nutritional intake with the right portion of food, will make the athlete's body can function to the maximum, so that performance will also be maximal when doing competitions. Therefore, it is important for an athlete to really attention to his nutritional intake, especially the balance between nutritional intake and energy expenditure, both in the phase before, during, and after a match or exercise. Because energy will affect the performance of athletes, as well as the maximum performance of athletes will support it to achieve the best achievement. Especially with the current covid-19 outbreak. The purpose of this dedication is that athletes can find their best diet to improve the efficiency of the body's metabolism to face exercise and matches. The method carried out in this activity is socialization. The implementation of this activity is conducted face-to-face.Participants in this activity are young athletes who are in the city of Palangka Raya with a total of 15 people from various sports including badminton, soccer, volleyball, athletics (sprint), athletics (fast walking), athletics (reject bullets), table tennis, karate, sepak sawut. Based on the results obtained from this activity, there are several problems including the knowledge of athletes about the importance of setting the nutritional intake of sports is still relatively low, the lack of varied food menu consumed, the use of supplements by athletes are too excessive. Then after being able to know about the problem, the presenter gave direction to the athletes to be able to minimize the problem.After the implementation of this activity, the athletes get education regarding nutrition assistance, maximizing the performance of athletes through a diet that suits nutritional needs.As well as education and solutions related to improved performance. The conclusion of this activity is to provide education on nutrition assistance for young athletes in Palangka Raya City.
