Micro, Small Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) is a general term that refers to productive economic businesses owned by individuals or business entities in accordance with the criteria stipulated by Law no. 20 of 2008. The pattern of integrated communication between leaders and the community is essential to accommodate the food self-sufficiency program as a green economy. The focus of this study describes how the communication pattern of opinion leaders is appropriate for the empowerment of MSMEs in the success of the green economy. The goal is to build a better communication pattern between leaders and the community of MSME actors in facing the challenges of the green economy. The research uses a case study paradigm with a qualitative approach. The research subjects are opinion leaders, the community, and local stakeholders. The location is MSMEs in Terondol Village, Serang, Banten, Indonesia. The results show that the communication pattern between the leaders and the community of MSMEs actors is with a more focused mentoring communication model from opinion leaders and stakeholders in developing more democratic group communication to its members. Top-down and bottom-up linear communication patterns need improvement and strengthening in order to provide correct understanding in communicating and developing MSMEs.
One type of tourism that is interesting to note is cultural tourism with the concept of local wisdom. In Jatimulya, Bekasi Regency, West Java, there is a tourist attraction called Rumah Betawi Rawasapi which emphasizes the nuances of their local culture, namely the Betawi Tribe. Therefore, Rumah Betawi Rawasapi has a communication strategy to realize cultural tourism as well as being a place for preserving local wisdom. The purpose of this research is to explain and analyze the communication strategies contained in the Rumah Betawi Rawasapi in the preservation of local wisdom. This research uses a qualitative approach as a method or way to obtain research objectives. Meanwhile, the research subject is the administrator of the Rumah Betawi Rawasapi tourist attraction. The location of this research is at the Rumah Betawi Rawasapi tourist attraction which is located at Jalan Al Huda Rawasapi RT003, RW009, Jatimulya Village, South Tambun District, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The results show that there are five communication strategies at Rumah Betawi Rawasapi in preserving local wisdom as an object of cultural tourism, namely redundancy, canalizing, informative, persuasive, and educative.
This study describes the Instagram account @Nge.review as one of the bookstagram accounts. Bookstagrammers are Instagram users who are obsessed with physical books where the object is the object in every upload on Instagram. Like other bookstagram accounts, each of these accounts has tens of thousands of followers and hundreds of uploads and, each upload has tens of thousands of likes. As one of the bookstagrammers, the owner and user here has differences with other bookstagram account users in the form of uploaded photos, the contents of the reviewed book reviews and the contents of the Instagram features contained in the account. The researcher aims to find the self-concept and character behind the habits that are shown through the contents of the account. This study uses a qualitative approach. On data search using interview techniques, observation and research documentation. Based on the research that has been done, it shows that the user as well as the owner of the @Nge.review Instagram account has a smart and imaginative self. Layaknya akun bookstagram lainnya, akun Instagram memiliki pengikut puluhan ribu dan ratusan unggahan serta, setiap unggahan ada yang memiliki belasan ribu likes. Sebagai salah satu bookstagrammer, pemiliki sekaligus penggunanya disini memiliki perbedaan dengan pengguna akun bookstagram lain dalam bentuk foto unggahan, isi ulasan buku yang diresensi serta, isi dari fitur-fitur Instagram yang terdapat pada akun. Peneliti bertujuan untuk mencari konsep diri dan karakter di balik kebiasaan yang diperlihatkan melalui isi dari akun tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pada pencarian data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan hasil bahwa, pengguna sekaligus sebagai pemilik akun Instagram @Nge.review memiliki diri yang pintar dan imajinatif.
