Decision Support System is a computerized system designed to increase effectiveness in decision making to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems so that the decision-making process can be of higher quality. One method of solving MADM problems is by using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative of all attributes. This study aims to design and create a system to determine which employees are entitled to receive bonuses, for that we need a decision support for giving employee bonuses decisions. In this study using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The system development model used is a waterfall. Waterfall has several stages, namely needs analysis, system design, writing program code, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. The results showed the benefits of the SAW method as a decision support system for determining employee bonuses based on the employee performance of PT. Mayatama Solusindo can assist administrators in determining employee bonuses quickly and effectively. So the bonus that employees get using the SAW method is the basic salary times the percentage of the ranking value.
Data Mining adalah suatu metode pengolahan data untuk menemukan pola yang tersembunyi dari data tersebut. Rekam Medis adalah berkas yang berisikan catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan, pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Poli klinik PT.Inecda menerima pasien sebanyak 20 pasien s/d 40 pasien dalam satu hari, dalam satu bulan bisa mencapai 600 pasien s/d 750 pasien, sedangkan dalam satu tahun Poli klinik PT.Inecda bisa menerima pasien kurang lebih sekitar 8.400 pasien dalam satu tahun. K-Means Clustering adalah suatu metode penganalisaan data atau metode Data Mining yang melakukan proses pemodelan tanpa supervisi (unsupervised) dan merupakan salah satu metode yang melakukan pengelompokan data dengan sistem partisi. Hasilnya adalah melakukan pengelompokan dengan menggunakan K-Means Clustering dan RapidMiner yang dapat membantu melakukan pengelompokan berdasarkan wilayah, jenis penyakit dan Umur.
Dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasional STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru belum sepenuhnya menggunakan aplikasi yang berbasis teknologi informasi. Maka dari itu diperlukan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung keberhasilan visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi dibidang pendidikan khususnya kesehatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kebutuhan dalam hal pengumpulan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusian informasi secara cepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework perencanaan strategis SI/TI ward and peppard, tahapan ini dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, analisa lingkungan eksternal bisnis dan SI/TI, analisa lingkungan internal bisnis dan SI/TI, menentukan strategi SI/TI meliputi penyusunan portfolio aplikasi, usulan infrastruktur hardware, software dan jaringan, usulan SDM IT dan melakukan Gap analysis. Beberapa tools yang digunakan adalah PESTLE, Teori Lima Daya Porter, CSF, Value Chain, dan analisa McFarlan. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan perencanaan strategi SI, perencanaan strategi TI dan perencanaan strategi manajemen SI/TI. (YI)

This student majors can lead learners to focus more on developing their own abilities and interests. Selection of inappropriate majors can be very detrimental to students of their interests and careers in the future. With the majors are expected to maximize the potential, talent or individual talents, so as to maximize academic value. Based on the background, then by applying data mining techniques are expected to help students to determine the correct majors in accordance with the criteria set. Data mining techniques used in the determination of this department using K-Means Algorithm.
