Composite Li and Na anodes were successfully constructed through the infusion of molten metals into a Cu foam host. Both the Li/Na@CF anodes demonstrate superior long-term stability for more than 500 cycles with overpotentials as small as 10 mV.

The development of efficient and economical catalysts for photocatalytic reduction of CO2 into chemical feedstocks is highly desirable for addressing both the global energy crisis and carbon emission problem.

An rGo protection layer fabricated on lithium metal anodes formed mosaic patterns, in which the interconnected gaps serve as the passage for uniform lithium plating/stripping. Excellent electrochemical performance was achieved even under high lithium influx and a limited Li supply.
