ABSTRACT Yuniati's research (2018) in TK At Taqwa Mekarsari Cimahi showed that 17 puzzle intervention groups found that most of the children before being given puzzle type educational games, medium fine motoric (64.7%), the rest were (35.3% ) respondents have low fine motor development. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of puzzle play therapy on fine motor development in pre-school children in Inti Tulip III Padang Kindergarten in 2018. This type of research is pre-experiment with one group pretest-posttest approach. The sample in this study were 15 children. The sampling technique used total sampling .. Data collection by observation on August 25, 2018. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using paired samples T-test statistical test. The results of the study mean fine motor development before being given therapy to play puzzles in kindergarten Tulip III Core Group Padang mean 7.87 standard deviation 1.246. The mean fine motor development after being given therapy to play puzzles in kindergarten. Inti Tulip III Padang Group with a mean value of 9.93 standard deviation of 1.534. There is an effect of the child's fine motor development before and after therapy is playing puzzle in kindergarten Tulip Group III Padang in 2018 with p-value (0,000).. The conclusion of the research about playing puzzle therapy can affect fine motor skills in children. It is suggested that playing puzzle therapy can be applied at the kindergarten Tulip Group III. And it is hoped that this research can be developed with other therapies to see the fine motor development of pre-school children. Jenis penelitian ini pre eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 15 anak. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling.. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi pada tanggal 25 Agustus 2018. Data dianalisa secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji statistik paired samples T-test. Hasil penelitian rerata perkembangan motorik halus sebelum diberikan terapi bermain puzzle di TK Inti Gugus Tulip III Padang dengan nilai mean 7,87 standar deviasi 1,246. Rerata perkembangan motorik halus sesudah diberikan terapi bermain puzzle di TK Inti Gugus Tulip III Padang dengan nilai mean 9,93 standar deviasi 1,534. Terdapat pengaruh perkembangan motorik halus anak sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan terapi bermain puzzle di TK.Inti Gugus Tulip III Padang tahun 2018 dengan p-value (0,000). Kesimpulan penelitian terapi bermain puzzle dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan motorik halus pada anak. Diharapkan terapi bermain puzzle dapat diterapkan di TK Inti Gugus Tulip III. Dan diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan dengan terapi lain untuk melihat perkembangan motorik halus anak pra sekolah. Kata Kunci : Terapi Bermain Puzzle dan Perkembangan Motorik Halus
Cleaning workers was one of high risk workers in Covid-19 infection who exposed to garbage from individuals, households and business waste every day. During Covid-19 pandemic there was increased disposal of infectious waste such as masks and gloves from households without sorting process which increasing risk of infection for cleaning workers. Preventive effort of cleaning workers was needed as vigilance in daily activities. Therefore, an education was carried out about prevention of infectious disease related Covid-19 pandemic to improving knowledge and understanding of cleaning workers as preventive measure. Education program was carried out to 50 cleaning workers in Environmental Department of Padang on 29-30 June 2020. Modules, videos, and demonstrations procedures of hand washing, mask and glove using were used in these educations. Education program consist of basic concepts and preventive measures against infectious disease related Covid-19 pandemic. The results showed there was increased knowledge of cleaning workers about preventive way against infectious disease related Covid-19 pandemic after participating in education program.
Entering the new normal era, people have started to carry out economic and social activities as usual. Even now the community is not afraid to be in a crowd without wearing a mask and not following the health protocol that has been socialized by the government. It is known that the number of new cases of patients infected with Covid-19 every day is increasing with the most cases being in the city of Padang. One area that experienced an increase in the Covid case rate in the city of Padang was in the working area of the Kuranji Padang Health Center, in the Korong Gadang Village. The increase in these cases is due to lack of knowledge and awareness of the community against Covid-19 transmission and also the limitations of health workers in providing education to the community also become obstacles in the midst of this pandemic. Therefore, it is highly necessary to provide more in-depth education to people in the working area of the Kuranji Padang Health Center. Education was done online by giving a google form link to the public so that the pre-test and post-test scores are known and a booklet is given and this activity was carried out on July 7-8, 2020. The evaluation results showed that there is an increase in public knowledge about washing hands based on post-test. The activity would be monitored by the Health Center for the continuous education.
AbstrakSupervisi dalam pelaksanaan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di RSU 'Aisyiyah Padang didapatkan data berdasarkan hasil pengamatan medical record di ambil 40 sampel dokumentasi rekam medik pasien rawat inap, hanya 21 dokumen (42%) yang dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan terisi lengkap,19 dokumen (58%) di isi tidak lengkap. Hasil wawancara dengan kepala Instalasi Rawat Inap mengenai kegiatan supervisi kepala ruang tentang dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan, diperoleh informasi bahwa selama ini kepala ruangan melakukan supervisi sekali sebulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Ruangan Terhadap Pelaksanaan Pendokumentasian Asuhan Keperawatan di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU 'Aisyiyah Padang Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian adalah Preeksperimental design dengan rancangan One Group pretest-Postest Design dengan jumlah sampel 12 orang diambil secara total sampling. Uji statistik Paired T-test didapatkan perbedaan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan supervisi, dimana rata-rata pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan sebelum diberikan supervisi 34,56 standar deviasi 4,912 yaitu tergolong tidak lengkap. Sesudah diberikan supervisi rata-rata pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan menjadi 28,38 dengan standar deviasi 4,773 atau tergolong lengkap. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan P value = 0,000.
