In order to analyze and examine the TVCDS images of infertile patients, this paper conducted an in-depth study based on the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome. Through the sample size estimation method, mathematical analysis, and other methods, the image examination of the polycystic ovary in TVCDS was successfully analyzed. 86 cases of infertile patients with PCS were divided into a control group treated with clomiphene alone and an observation group treated with clomiphene combined with TCM periodic therapy, with 43 patients in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results show that the treatment effective rate and pregnancy success rate of the observation group were 95.35% and 88.37%, respectively, and those of the control group were 83.72% and 76.74%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant

. It was understood that the main pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome is the abnormal balance of kidney, qi, and blood meridians. Thus, the balance of kidney-anemone-chong Ren-uprisal is broken and the result is infertility symptoms or irregular menstruation. After a study on TVCDS in infertile patients, it was observed that the levels of progesterone (P) and luteinizing hormone (LH) in patients with irregular menstruation were significantly increased. The increase was higher than that in the control group, with an overall negative rate of 4.00%, compared with 18.00% of the control group, showing a significant difference. It also indicates that TVCDS image examination has a very significant effect on improving menstrual irregularities and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
Myosin light chain kinase (MLCK), a dedicated Ca2+/calmodulin‐dependent protein kinase that phosphorylates the regulatory light chain of myosin II, has been proposed to play critical roles in many biological processes, including smooth muscle contraction, endothelial cells permeability, stress fiber formation, cell spreading and migration, fibroblasts contractile activity and proliferation, cytokinesis, secretion, neuronal growth cone extension. But the roles of MLCK in regulating the contractility of cortical actomyosin and tension of plasma membrane are still unclear. In this report, we established primary cultured MLCK‐deficient mouse intestinal smooth muscle cells (ISMCs), then investigated the alterations in cell morphology and migrating characteristics. MLCK‐deficient ISMCs showed more lamellipodias and significant increased spreading and random migrating speed according to control cells. Furthermore, tether force measurement by laser tweezers suggested lower cell membrane tension after MLCK deletion. And transmission electron microscopy displayed a possible looser structure of thick filaments nearby MLCK‐deficient SMCs membrane. Thus, we have a conclusion that MLCK contributes to regulating cortical actomyosin based cell membrane tension which affects cell behavior in spreading and migration.
Systematic mapping and monitoring of wetland landscape are of fundamental importance for wetland development and management. To accurately classify wetland in Yancheng coastal wetland, ground investigation was conducted in 2006. Integrated with ground investigation, the wetland was classified into 8 categories such as Spartina alterniflora Loisel, Farm land, Phragmites Australis, Artemisia halodendron Turcz, Bare beach, Salt field, Fish & shrimp pond, and Sea water. A total of three decision trees were successfully produced. The first represented broad divisions of vegetation (in fact, at this stage, it just can be called vegetated cover like) and non-vegetation, and the second two represented more detailed vegetation classes and non-vegetation classes. To construct the decision trees, NDVI and principal component analysis were used as the evaluation factors. The thresholds were built combining with ground investigation and spectral property. Firstly almost all kinds of vegetable were divided out of non-vegetation by NDVI. Secondly, the different species of vegetation were distinguished and some vegetated cover like was eliminated out of vegetation. Phragmites Australis belt, Artemisia halodendron Turcz belt, Spartina alterniflora Loisel belt and bare beach belt were distributed regularly from land to sea.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
