Purpose. The purpose of this work is to find out the methods of preventive management for forecasting environmental safety at the enterprises of the energy industry and the example of the main oil pipeline, taking into account the factors that characterize the processes of electrochemical corrosion. Methodology. Studies have shown that the main role in the corrosion process on the damaged section of the pipeline in contact plays an aggressive solutions work makrohalvanichnyh couples. The problem of modeling electrochemical corrosion steel pipe surface. On the basis of the model proposed by galvanic corrosion method of calculating the residual life of the safe operation of the main pipeline. findings. Based on analysis and case studies, based on mathematical models of corrosion of the surface areas of oil dependence obtained to determine the reduction of the wall thickness of the pipeline and forecasting resource environmentally safe operation of pipelines, which are subject to falling electrolytic environments on the affected area of the pipeline through controls to some electrochemical parameters. The method of forecasting is focused on getting a non-destructive way to output data on real structures in operation and to reliably assess the safe operation of the pipeline sections. Originality. Scientific novelty of the research is as follows: the technique of estimation of residual life plot oil based corrosion processes on the surface of the pipeline when working macro galvanic elements; developed and researched mathematical model of macro galvanic couple at local corrosion on steel pipe surface areas for which settlement is to predict corrosion loss on damaged sections of the pipeline when hit them aggressive electrolytic solutions regardless of their chemical composition. Practical value. The method of calculation of the residual resource of safe operation of the main section of the pipeline makes it possible to rationally plan the repair work, to predict a realistic timetable construction work, review the operation mode. The proposed method is aimed at obtaining the initial data nondestructive method on real structures in the conditions of their operation.
Today in Ukraine, the municipal waste management system is focused on landfill waste, mainly their disposal in landfills and unauthorized dumps, most of which do not meet the requirements of environmental safety. Accordingly, the main task at the state and regional levels is to implement a systematic approach to waste management, which will ensure both a gradual reduction in waste generation and an increase in their processing and reuse. Implementation of this task requires the implementation of a set of measures provided by the National Waste Management Strategy in Ukraine until 2030 (approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 8, 2017, No. 820 (Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine 2017, No. 820-r) and the National Waste Management Plan until 2030 (approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on February 20, 2019, No. 117-p (Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine 2019, No. 117- r). According to documents, a crucial step for each region of Ukraine is developing a regional waste management plan based on a phase of strategic planning of all processes of waste management. The importance of this stage increases as a result of the completed process of power decentralization in Ukraine, and, accordingly, delegating authority to address most community development issues to the local powers.
Investigation of the composition of combustion products in the disposal of used automotive oil filters. Ganoshenko O., Holik Yu., Zhuravel V. The analysis and detailing of the existing methods of disposal of used automotive oil filters in Ukraine and abroad. Considered and identified the advantages and disadvantages of such methods. A fundamentally new method of processing filter paper was proposed to reduce the amount of pollutants in it by washing. A study of the qualitative and quantitative composition of combustion products when burning filter paper of used automotive oil filters has been carried out. It was determined that when sodium percarbonate is used as a washing agent, the amount of pollutants decreases several times.
The paper presents the results of research into the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of household waste generated in the territories of communities of the Poltava cluster, and a forecast assessment of the potential volumes of their generation in the coming years is made. On the basis of the collected data, a preliminary assessment of the general resource potential of household waste and the predicted volumes of the formation of individual resource-valuable components: plastic, paper and cardboard, glass, metals, organic waste was carried out. The study of the composition and volumes of household waste generation for the Poltava region was carried out within the framework of the development of the project "Regional waste management plan in the Poltava region until 2030" with the aim of choosing the option of creating zones of optimal coverage by the household waste management system (creating clusters) and selecting scenarios within these clusters regarding various methods of collection (including separate) and processing of household waste. The total population of the Poltava cluster is about 596,000 people. During the research of the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of household waste generated in the territories of communities of the Poltava cluster, the potential volumes of household waste that can be collected in the future (potentially by 2024–2025) in the territories of 24 communities, that is, in the territory of the entire cluster. The obtained research results are the basis for making decisions and carrying out a technical and economic justification of the feasibility of building infrastructure facilities for the processing/recovery of household waste on the territory of the Poltava cluster with further use of their resource and energy potential.
