The reliability and validity of the scales were proven. The results showed that social and human capital existence varies in terms of the variables. Broadly, it can be said that in order to make use of such valuable resources, these institutions should pay attention by focusing on the key variables, which help promoting and enhancing their performances, and contribute to increasing their competitive advantage. On the other hand, lack of social capital efficiency has a negative effect on social capital as well as productivity of educational institutions.
