Introduction: Efforts to improve teacher performance are influenced by the leadership of school principals in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as leaders in schools. The principal is responsible for managing school resources, especially those related to human resources, such as education staff. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Methods: The method used in this research is a qualitative field research method. Data collection tools using documentation, interviews, and observations. The technique of guaranteeing the validity of the data uses triangulation. Results: Based on the results of the study, it is known that the leadership role of the principal in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kutai Kartanegara Regency is carried out in the form of responding to the school's vision and mission, instructions or information regarding teacher duties, giving encouragement and commitment to teaching duties, increasing professionalism teachers, supervision in improving teacher performance. Madrasah teachers show good performance in aspects of learning planning and aspects of classroom management. While in the aspect of using methods, media, and learning resources, teachers' performance, in this case, still needs to improve because they are less creative in using learning methods and media that encourage students to learn actively. Conclusion: Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described, it can be concluded as follows: The role of principal leadership in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kutai Kartanegara Regency, teacher performance, inhibiting factors, and supporting factors for the role of principal leadership in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri
Abstract:The purpose of this study is to know 1). the influence of discipline, cooperation and responsibility on employee morale at PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista in Penajam Paser Utara. 2). The dominant variable influences the employee morale at PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista in Penajam Paser Utara.The reality of the problems that researchers see and observe through research activities on employees of PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista in Penajam Paser Utara is the level of employee morale is still not optimal. Especially that can be seen from the factors that are caused by discipline, cooperation and responsibility. So that problems arise at PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista at this time, where the employees began to idle in their work, it was also seen that the employees who worked during the hours of the internet played on their cellphones even though there were still unfinished jobs at their desks.The population in this study was taken from employees of PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista as many as 163 employees and the study sample was 49 people using the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the test hypothesis F and t.The results of the calculation of the F test (simultaneous / joint correlation), obtained F count is 49.725, while the value of the F table obtained a value of 2.81 this means that (F count 49.725> Ftable 2.81), so that it can be said to be disciplinary variables, Collaboration and responsibility together (simultaneous) are able to show its influence on the morale of the employees of PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista. Then the first hypothesis is accepted because it is proven to be true.The number R is 0.876 this is that the correlation or relationship between discipline, cooperation and responsibility with employee morale is very strong relationship. The three independent variables were able to explain changes in morale by 75.3% while the remaining 24.7% was influenced by other variables not included in this study such as leadership, career development and so on.From the three results of the partial correlation test above the value of the responsibility variable is the highest compared to the other variables, so that the variable responsibility is the most dominant variable influencing the morale of the employees of PT. Arkananta Apta Pratista in Penajam Paser Utara then followed by variables of cooperation and discipline. From the description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study was rejected because it was not proven true.Keywords: Discipline, Cooperation, Responsibility, Work Spirit
The aim of this research is to find out forecasting sales of indihome products, PT. Telkom Tenggarong Branch. The results of the study using the single moving average method of indihome product sales, namely in January sales were 326 units, February as many as 320 unit, March to May as many as 319 units, June and July increased to 320 units, August and September 319 units. Whereas when using the linear trend method sales tend to increase every month. In January, sales of 337 units, in June 370 units, in July as many as 377 units, in August 383 units and months September 390 units. The results showed that the single moving average method with an error rate will be smaller every forecasting done. The results obtained by the single moving average method, indihome product sales volume occurs sales fluctuations. While the linear trend of error rate tend to be constant with the results of the sales volume of indihome products having a positive trend. Keywords : Forecasting, Sales Volume, Single Moving Average
Introduction: This study aims to determine the implementation of supervision carried out by the Inspectorate of West Kutai Regency as an internal supervisory agency of the local government on the achievement of the performance of the BKD of West Kutai Regency as a regional staffing institution and what influences the implementation of supervision carried out by the Inspectorate of West Kutai Regency. This research was conducted in West Kutai Regency, with informants of inspectorate and BKD employees who were considered competent. Data was collected through field observations and in-depth interviews. Methods: This research method is descriptive and qualitative. Results: The results of the study show that the implementation of supervision carried out by the Inspectorate of West Kutai Regency on BKD through three stages, namely: First, the preparation of supervision carried out by inspectorate officials. . Second, the implementation of supervision carried out by inspectorate officials, the author considers that what is done by inspectorate officials has not been effective. Third, the implementation of the preparation and accountability of the audited SKPD reports, in this case, the BKD, has not been supported by the availability of accurate/valid data to be presented. Conclusion: The factors that influence the implementation of the inspectorate's supervision on the performance of the Regional Personnel Board of West Kutai Regency are: (1) Internal and (2) External factors.
