Information technology sector plays a vital role in the economy of the country. So the present study focused on the information technology sector of India to determine the effectiveness of human resource digital transformation. The administrative activities include personal record, updating details and benefits information, employee experience comprise cultural environment, technological environment and physical environment, and work-family balance encompass personal relationship, physical & mental health and overall happiness as independent variables. A total of 336 sample data collected from the employees of the information technology sector from Chennai. The goodness of model fit, composite reliability, discriminant validity between constructs, PLS path modelling utilized in full-fledged structural equation modelling by adopting SmartPLS to test the hypothesis. Employee experience has a positive influence; administrative tasks and work-family balance do not have a positive influence on human resource digital transformation. The results of the effectiveness of human resource digital transformation help the organization in decision-making and emphasize their action.

That's why each provider trying to provide the best for its customers so that they can be loyal to the same provider. Customer loyalty is defined as a relationship between customer with a particular brand name, and company exemplified by their purchase of the customer or consumer buying behavior towards a consistent and profitable brand and measured as recommended to other consumers. In India, there are ten mobile telecom providers operating in the market. The main aim of this research is to study the Client Consummation and Commitment on JIO Mobile Network in Vellore District of Tamil Nadu in Economic perspectives. The foundation of this study is to know the customer loyalty of JIO customers towards JIO after free services time was over. The research question stated for the study is, whether customers are continuing the JIO mobile network or not? To know overall consummation of clienteles towards services of JIO mobile network, what are the factors which considered selecting JIO mobile network? This research paper is purely based on the primary survey conducted in the study area with help of predetermined and well-structured interview schedule. The area of the study is Vellore District of Tamil Nadu. The sample size for this research paper is determined as 80 households in the study area.

This study's overarching objective is to assess the theoretical underpinnings of future decision-making in a globalised society with unpredictable situations, group action, and transformational paths in order to promote human growth in a globalised economy. This study is a systematic analysis of theories and points of view. Only secondary sources that are relevant to the study's theme are used to gather data and information. One of the three intertwining strands that comprise the Anthropocene, along with pervasive and intensifying polarisation and destabilising environmental stressors, is the search for significant social change. Every new crisis serves as a warning that a nation's stability is at risk when people believe that they no longer have any options, choices, or aspirations for the future. Considering the foregoing, the primary objective of this paper is to provide a theoretical evaluation of the process of making decisions for the future. Collective activity and transformative routes to advance human growth in the analytical viewpoints are necessary in a globalised world with unstable circumstances.
