According to the basic principle of product life cycle analysis, this paper establishes an evaluating index system of green rationality from tripartite surfaces: the environmental factor, the resource factor and economic factor, then defines the weight coefficient for each index by AHP, and gives a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of green rationality. Finally an example that evaluates the green rationality of paper and biomass packaging materials, is given to show the use of the method, and concludes that biomass packaging material has higher degree of green rationality. The result reveals that application of Fuzzy AHP to evaluate the green rationality can consider numerous factors, establish a relatively comprehensive evaluation system , and offer some suggestions for the future research trends of packaging materials' improvement.
Communication Networks and Systems in Substation standard IEC 61850 is the best way to solve the interoperability issue between intelligent electronic devices (IED). According to IEC 61850, it discourses the method and steps of modeling IEDs. Based on IEC 61850, we build a power quality monitoring IED information model. At last, SCL file was generated for the mutual recognition between devices.
This paper studied the timber supply chain risks assessment. Firstly we established the risks assessment index system according to the characteristics of timber supply chain, and then we formulated the method of weighing indexes based on rough set theory, and then we established the supply chain risks assessment models with fuzzy comprehensive theory to judge the risks level. By case analysis, we draw the conclusion that the factors of production and processing and the factors of sales make grater impact on the timber supply chain, while the factors of natural and the factors of reverse recycling make smaller impact, and the risks of other factors are moderate.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
